GGuest UserThe interior of the hotel and food was very good even though the restaurant provides only vegetarian food. I have not assigned excellent rating as found few cockroaches inside rooms which got taken care of by the hotel staff. . The hotel is located in a very prominent place and with nice interior and close to all the tourist attractions. The vegetarian restaurant provides excellent food. The staff is cordial and interior is beautiful. What i didn’t like presence of few cockroaches in the room which the staff took care. But, it ruined my otherwise excellent rating downgraded to good. GGuest UserVery bad experience... very old amenities installed not updated their is not lift facilities interior is very pathetic. Not a comfortable stay ,waste of money . Lights is not proper. Bakws . When I reached in property time was around 1 pm and that time room was not ready I have to approx 30min for room . At night TV was not working I asked in reception to send someone to resolve this but you can't belive that they will take more than one hour to reach my room in 1st floor . One hour they don't even response properly. After one hour one guy came and fix the problem. They took more than one hour from reception to 1st floor room. Guys plz don't go it's full waste of money.
