Had an overall good experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything i needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy but could have taken care of the edges which almost took my toes. However, the food could use some improvement. While there were a few nice options, the overall quality and variety didn’t quite meet my expectations. A bit more attention to flavor and freshness would elevate the dining experience.

It was a very pleasant experience in this hotel, the staff were very friendly. Special shout-out to Rani Rai for taking good care of us at the restaurant Aroma! All the questions were answered, ultimately Good food with good service left us with a smile!!

Amazing service by Niran Barman. Food was awesome, the mutton kassa specially was mouth water. Thanks to Chef Mithu Saikia for the great good. Overall nice place with great service and food. Definitely visiting again with family.........

We stayed as family. Location is good. Ambience is good. Staff is polite, prompt and ready to assist. Only setback is taste of food and variety offered in breakfast. Otherwise its a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for tezpur.

Greenwood is a lovely property with beautiful, huge lawns, clean and comfortable rooms and washrooms. The food is also quite good. One night, the chicken served was too hard but on our complaint the hotel deducted the charge for that dish from the bill. The breakfast was quite good. After failing to catch the sunrise in *********, I was supremely happy when I finally saw the sun rise from the window right outside our Room number 209 on our final day of the trip!! Highly recommended.

The ambience at Hotel Greenwood in the festive weather during October is without a doubt a remarkable experience clubbed with delicious delicacies (from the evening cup of coffee to the tasty dinner ;not to mention the bar cum restro : MYNHA) clubbed with amazing staff Lina, Niran, Kajal, Banjit etc... In a nutshell, visiting soon in Saturdays..

Very good service & food by Chef Tapan kumar Nath, . Good prompt service by Abhilash, Kajal. Nice location. Very close to airport. Very Good service at the lounge . The DJ played some great music, unfortunately shut down at 11 pm. Pls increase timing. Keep it up!!
