Amazing place to disconnect. Beautiful surroundings and great food. We had a great experience, unfortunately our neighbors were so drunk and loud and we had to move to a different room. Overall we had an amazing time

It was an incredible hotel. Staff was attentive to all our needs. A social thanks to Alexis and Juan Pablo, these two gentleman could not do enough for us. They were concerned of all our needs. They went above and beyond to make us happy and confortable. Needless to say all their staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly.
The only thing that bothered me was that the portions were smaller than usual at other accommodations in Colombia.

Greenery! Garden very well kept.
The shower does NOT have a curtain or enclosure therefore allowing water to spill onto the toilet, the sink, and the floor.

The place is very nice, but despite this we were not satisfied, since we went especially to rest as tourists and we hired the Spa service and it was terrible, the person was more concerned with using the cell phone than doing his job well, it was with back pain. We went to complain immediately where they told us that they were going to have attention due to the bad timing and nothing happened.
The other thing is that noises from cleaning and dragging chairs could be heard in the room from 6:30 am.
The place is beautiful, but they definitely have things to improve.
