En este establecimiento lo único que quieren es intentar engañarte para que les pagues en efectivo poniendo excusas de que no les va el TPV. Además el desayuno que es en una cafetería cercana también te hacen que se lo pagues en efectivo. Como vayas sin dinero estás vendid@.

Colchones mejorables, aire acondicionado bloqueado en 17 grados con el inconveniente de tener que encender y apagar constantemente, comentado en recepción, sin visos de arreglarlo, te obligan a pagar por adelantado, de este modo si necesitas salir antes pierdes lo que no usas. En general no lo recomiendo, la única ventaja que está céntrico.

El hotel esta muy bien situado, en el mismo centro, la habitación tiene los muebles algo antiguos pero esta limpio y las camas muy cómodas, calidad precio lo recomiendo

Un amigo que llegó de Argentina se alojó con dos perritas que se trajo y debido a un problema con el cambio de dinero no pudo pagar su estancia en el momento y el joven que lo recibió no dudó ni un momento en esperarlo y la verdad es que fue muy tranquilizador.
Más hostales donde acepten mascotas es lo que necesita Soria y si son como ALVI estupendo.

Mala atención. Dueño y recepcionista con 0 ganas de cuidar y atender a sus huéspedes. No son amables, ni simpáticos, ni acogedores, ni resolutivos. Hostal ruidoso, se escucha la entrada y salida de todo huésped por los pasillos y el ascensor. Mobiliario anticuado y deficiente, colchones duros, te clavas los muelles y almohadas finas como compresas sin opción a cambio o añadir más. Las toallas no las cambian en toda tu estancia, ya sea por uno o varios días, excepto si pagas un extra por ello. No proporcionan ningún tipo de kit de aseo o similar, sólo gel que está rellenado con agua. Limpieza de la habitación excasa por no decir nula, cortinas sucias, enchufes inservibles y rotos, wifi deficiente (lento y continuos cortes) y aire acondicionado restringido, no puedes cambiar de 24 grados, ni el modo, solo encender y apagar. Único favorable la ubicación, eso sí en fin de semana con el ruido de la calle y el pésimo colchón no duermes.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal, en el centro de la ciudad y con muy buena limpieza. Nos sorprendió mucho si volvemos a ir a Soria nos hospedaremos otra vez en el con toda seguridad. Todo un acierto.
