Hotel deixa a desejar no quesito atendimento ao cliente solicitei gelo no café da manhã informaram que não tinha , pedi um ovo aí e cobrado a parte. Íamos em 3 pessoas por doença não conseguiu ir uma pessoa disseram ser impossível remarcar, colocaram em 3 camas solteiros informamos estar em se podia ser cama casal só pagando a parte. Ridiculo
