warm pool, great for kids swimming as its only 120cm. fantastic view and delicious breakfast the only thing need to improve is the lift is a bit slow!!!

Very nice atmosphere that really make you feel like you are on a holiday. Bump into a wedding ceremony when I checked in. Staff was friendly. However there are no free parking even staying with the hotel. I like the view from the window.

The hotel is in a very good location, located in Serrento, near many restaurants and shops, and close to the beach. The room is very clean, the service staff is also very friendly, and although the breakfast has few choices, it is very healthy and exquisite

前台服务不错，入住和退房很丝滑。停车，早餐，迷你吧免费，早餐品种不算特别丰富，但还行。房间很小，露台没有景，只能看到隔壁楼。总体性价比不算高。 The front desk staff was friendly and we had smooth check in and check out experience there. Parking, breakfast, and minibar were included/complimentary, which was great. However, the room we stayed was small, significantly smaller than 33 square meters as listed. Further, the view from the terrace was another disappointment, from which we could only see the building nearby. Overall, the hotel was below our expectations for an intercontinental property.

The hotel is great. Although the room is small, the supplies are complete. The minibar in the room is free and replenished every day! The bedding is very comfortable and the sound insulation effect is also good. Even if you occasionally hear someone talking in the corridor, it does not affect your rest! The hotel swimming pool is beautiful. It's not far from the seaside, but you have to drive. The hotel's restaurant bar tastes pretty good and is suitable for drinking🍻The atmosphere is great! The service staff at the hotel are very warm and friendly! Downstairs of the hotel is a commercial street with many stores selling clothes, swimsuits, and skin care products. This hotel is worth looking forward to!

Beautiful environment, clean rooms

The smallest Intercontinental I have ever stayed in (of course, it may be because I have never stayed in an Intercontinental vacation before). The hotel is very unique. It was renovated from an old local building.

I loved my stay at this amazing resort! The staff were friendly and welcoming and so helpful. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. The shower was to die for! The location is perfect, just a stone’s throw from the beach. Ten out of ten. Highly recommend.
