Great hotel. Everything is clean, beautiful, tasteful. The location is convenient, away from the noisy center, so there is perfect silence at night. The staff is friendly and courteous. The men in the restaurant simply captivated us: kind, caring, attentive, especially Franco with his charming smile. True Italian hospitality! How delicious!!! My wife is lactose intolerant, so they customized all the dishes and compliments individually for her. It’s incredibly nice, thank you all so much! The room is comfortable, clean and the view is fantastic! We will definitely come back here! We recommend it to everyone from the bottom of our hearts.

Breathtaking hotel. I enjoyed being a bit removed from town, though it’s a very easy walk to the marina, shops, etc. We stayed four nights with my family. Did Pompeii and Capri - both were well worth it and easy day trips. We took one day to relax by the pool/beach dock which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent, staff is attentive and not overbearing. We had several lunches outside overlooking the cliffs. The room was beautiful, beds were comfy and everything was spotless. Top notch! We will definitely be back.

Voglio ringraziare anche tutto lo staff della location, il Maitre e lo Chef per la squisita disponibilità e professionalità riservata per tutta la durata dell’evento. We recently stayed at this magical hotel, my families favorite property in Italy - this is saying a lot as we stayed at the Cipriani, and The St. Regis prior to arriving. I was unsure what to expect. I had a friend convince me to stay in Sorrento instead of Positano , and we were thrilled that we did. The location of the hotel cannot be beat, the property is gorgeous - the gardeners should be commended… I was delighted every morning to find a new coffee spot with incredible flowers and views. The beach club is refreshing and relaxing. The rooms were lovely, and spacious! This hotel really impressed us with service, and a high level of professionalism. I’d like to say the restaurant had some of the best food we ate throughout our trip. Also, the gentleman who ran the restaurant ( cannot remember his name 😩) was outstanding. We absolutely adored this hotel and Sorrento.

Absolutely fabulous hotel in every respect. World class staff, immaculate rooms, and Michelin star quality food. Fully deserves its 5 star rating - highly recommend. A feeling of space, calm, and wellbeing. We will certainly be back as soon as we possibly can.

The hotel nestles on a cliff overlooking the Gulf of Naples and the Vesuvius (that is if you are one of the lucky ones with sea view)! Our room must have been refurbished recently as it was immaculate. The rooms are not huge and miss a good coffee machine or a bath (ours had only a shower). The breakfast room overlooks is bright and has the same great view! Choice is good - albeit not opulent compared to some other 5-star hotels. The walk to Sorrento’s centre with all restaurants is about 10 minutes (5-10 more minutes down to the port). The major downside of the hotel is the very mediocre restaurant with high prices and average quality.

The service was impecable. Front desk staff of Max and Sabrina were always there to guide us. The Matri d at the restaurant Giovanni left no detail of our meals behind. The views and atmosphere were very Romantic. Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary coming back to this beautiful hotel
