We had an amazing stay at Magi House. We had a family “suite” fauno” that had one king bed then two twin beds - which were pull out sofas. We traveled with our teens and found the room was very well appointed. We all had room to stretch out. They gifted us a bottle of champagne and snacks upon arrival. The breakfast in the outdoor patio was wonderful with made it order omelets, fruit and pastry. They also had savory meats, cheese and veggies for breakfast. The front office helped us arrange transportation from Naples airport to hotel - this was very helpful - we had a hard time finding our driver when we arrived and the hotel staff was super helpful. The hotel location is perfect!!! It’s on a main pedestrian ***** very close to the lift down to the harbor - we took day trips Capri and Positano, then came back to enjoy Sorrento at night. Truly an amazing experience. If you are traveling as a party of 4 especially, this is 100% the room to book. We loved Sorrento and this hotel.

Our experience at the Magi House was amazing. The location is in the old town centre... few steps away from all shops, restaurants and sea. The service was perfect, rooms clean and the best breakfast ever had. All the staff was kind and friendly but I would like to say a huge thank you to Luca.(grazie mille!!!)

Magi House is the perfect place to stay in Sorrento. The staff Rosana, Luca and Laura communicated with us before we arrived, organising tours for us and making sure we had everything we needed. The ladies serving breakfast on the roof terrace were lovely, remembering our favourites each morning. The building is old and the rooms all individual, we had a double bed on a mezzanine with a sofa bed and kitchenette and bathroom, cozy but perfect for four of us. The location is on a street with lots of shops and restaurants and just 2 minutes walk to the steps to the beach clubs and harbour where ferries come in. We spent 7 days there and went on day trips on the train which is 10 minutes walk away. We loved it and you will too!

We stayed at Magi House for a week for our honeymoon and we couldn’t recommend it more. First of all the location is perfect for absolutely everything, with loads of nice restaurants and bars, and the beach/port only a minutes walk away. Upon arrival we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for celebrating our wedding, which was a lovely gesture from the team. The room was also spotless and the cleaners were in every day, which was great! The team also couldn’t have been more helpful, if it came to picking and booking restaurants, they definitely know the places to eat, so please do take their recommendations! We wouldn’t think twice about staying here again, and already contemplating booking up for next year! Thank you for having us.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were lovely. They went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing experience. They even had a birthday surprise for my wife without being reminded to do so. Would recommend staying here ten times out of ten and cannot wait to come back!

The Magi House was one of the best hotels I stayed in during my trip to Italy! The staff was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions and option if you don’t have anything planned! The rooms were so clean and comfortable and the breakfast on the rooftop in the mornings was so lovely. I would highly recommend staying here and when I come back to Italy I will be staying here again!!!

This place is fantastic. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are immaculate and the breakfast buffet is outrageous with pastries, cakes, fruits, juices, and cook to order foods and many other items. Great location and very quiet at night. The staff also helped us with travel plans and bookings if needed. Also their restaurant is right across the street and fantastic as well. You need to stay here if in Sorrento.

Fantastic hotel and location but what really makes Magi House stand out and made our vacation in Sorrento special was the amazing staff!! Luca, Emma and Raffaele (at the restaurant) are amazing. This is a family run business and the owner can be found on site regularly ensuring everything is running smoothly. Don’t forget to visit their restaurant (la Cazzarola) and gelato shop which are both located close to the hotel and definitely worth going to.

It's no wonder that the Magi House has such fantastic reviews. We loved our stay there. The staff were all so kind and helpful, customer service is first class, and nothing was too much trouble for Rosanna and the rest of the team. The hotel is very clean and well organised. We had the penthouse room which opens onto the stunning roof terrace where breakfast is served - what a treat! There was a complimentary bottle of prosecco waiting for us on arrival and dainty biscuits beautifully boxed up on our pillows. Tea, coffee and cake are available all day and evening in the reading lounge and towels are available for the beach. The hotel is perfectly placed in the heart of Sorrento. We would love to go back one day!
