Building location is good near train station an many restaurants. You must have communication with owner prior to going as google maps will not find it. You will not get assistance from locals as no one will have heard of it. There is just one very small sign. The exterior pics don’t match either But other than that we had good stay

Room was good, clean, larger than average for Italy. Nice balcony. Kitchenette was very convenient. Some of the dishes were not well cleaned, but dish soap and a rag were provided. Stayed in late February 2024, construction in building made sleeping in and a restful day impossible. Not the fault of the hotel, so I don’t want to hold it against them.

Appartement idéalement situé, dans une copropriété, à 5min pied de la gare et 10min du centre.
La chambre est spacieuse, le ménage est réalisé tous les matins et le personnel est aimable.
L appartement est propre ( mise à part les joints de la douche) et les serviettes sont changées chaque jour.
Le gros bémol s'est que l'annonce est mensongère: on réserve pour une suite avec coin cuisine et c'est totalement faux.
Il y a juste un frigo-bar dans la chambre et dans un couloir commun aux autres appartements il y a une machine à café avec 2/3 assiettes, un tire bouchon et des verres en carton.
Le petit déjeuner réservé avec ******* se résume à 1croissant chaque matin avec un café de la machine dans le couloir ( facturé 7 euros/pers).
Nous avons aimé notre voyage car on s adapte facilement aux aléas lorsque l'on est en vacances, néanmoins on tenais à signaler que nous avons été dessus de l'option petit déjeuner et surtout de l'absence de coin cuisine.
On nous dit qu'il serait peut-être envisageable de changer d'appartement le lendemain mais aucune nouvelles de Giuseppe...
Il faudrait au moins rajouter un micro onde et des couverts dans l'espace commun aux autres appartements.

The room was nice, however, we were given a smaller room than what we originally booked. The other issue was that the bed had a split down the middle that was very uncomfortable. Our desk clerk was accessible thru WhatsApp and helped us with questions or concerns when we reached out. The hotel is located on the main street in Sorrento on a more quieter end of the street which was great for sleeping and accessible to all the activities and restaurants in Sorento. I would stay here again but only if I could have a better or newer bed.
