Atendimento de todos funcionários, café da manha, jantar e limpeza são impecáveis. Quando estamos viajando a trabalho isso é que faz a diferença em uma hospedagem. Sempre que estou na cidade de Sorriso o Transamerica e minha opção. Parabéns!!!

Minha preferência sempre foi por ficar nesta rede de hotéis, hj fui fazer meu checkout e ao pagar minhas despesas de frigobar a atendente me entregou uma NF com todos os itens e pedi para separar, e de maneira altiva, me responderam que não fariam, que pelo motivo de ter assinado uma comanda eu havia autorizado essa ação, por fim uma das atendentes me ofendeu diretamente me chamando de velho, não chamou o gerente( o que parece não existir nesta unidade), por fim, uma rede que prega a diversidade e respeito as pessoas, usar uma expressão tão discriminatória e segregadora e ofensiva.

Bem localizado, excelente estrutura, bom atendimento na recepção. Café da manhã diversificado, quarto muito bem cuidado. O único problema é a largura da cama no quarto duplo, muito estreita o que causa muito desconforto para dormir.
