Apartment was ok,clean and well equipped but overall taste of our stay is bitter. I did the reservation using their phone service. They didn´t book the apartment for whole time. Luckily I noticed it and missing night was possible to add but no apology. I payed 35€ for pet staying and breakfast for two mornings. When checking in they told that we don´t have any breakfasts booked. Ok, after travelling whole day I didn´t start to argue about it. At home I noticed four missing breakfasts in our receipt. Reclamation has been sent out. We wanted also late checkout at 12 instead of 10AM. After long queuing to reception unfriendly receptionist told us no way. Same guy told us we don´t have BFs paid so trust was gone already. We also tried to call to reception but after 30 mins we dropped. Poor service if you don´t pick up the phone. Also when we packed our stuff to car we noticed a small sign on the wall which tells that this is allergic apartment and no pets allowed. I wonder why they gave such apartment for us especially when I paid pet fee in advance. But hotel is the only one who knows it or they just don´t care. Apartment was ok and Xmas dinner and service was good. But not going there anymore. Very unprofessional staff in reception, Customer phone service and no phone service at reception what so ever. Btw; this is a vacation location to where you can by a share and spend one or two weeks per year there. And it seems who pays with money are not appreciated and respected at all.
