If I could give this hotel six stars, I would! The attention to detail was mind-blowing - from the perfectly pressed linens to the meticulously curated local art adorning the walls. The concierge was a fountaThe perfect mix of professionalism and warmth made this stay memorable. The lobby's elegant design set the tone, but it was the staff's genuine desire to help that truly impressed. The rooms were soundproofed havens of peace, and the bed linens were of exceptional quality. I've stayed in many hotels, but the level of professionalism and genuine care here sets a new standard. The modern amenities blend seamlessly with traditional hospitality. The concierge team went above and beyond with their local recommendations, and the restaurant staff remembered my preferences from day one. The attention to cleanliness was particularly impressive.

Easily the most fascinating and unique resort we have ever seen!! The view when you walk into your sanctuary is truly breathtaking. We've seen infinity pools before but the one in our room was like no other. We immediately morphed into relaxation mode. The food was delicious. I need to eat gluten free and the chef was more than accommodating. I was able to have most everything on the menu unless it was fried. To say it is spotless in an understatement. Both our room and the grounds were immaculate. There are a lot of steps but we were so absorbed in the surrounding beauty we didn't even realize it, The majordomos were exceedingly pleasant, professional, helpful and yet non intrusive. You have immediate 24/7 access to them. We had a late night minor emergency that was handled with the utmost care and concern. I almost forgot the helicopter ride from the airport. What an exciting way to start a vacation! No matter the length of your stay, it will not be long enough!!

One of our bucket list hotels, it was exceptional. We stayed for 10 nights in April and will never forget it. Our room was breathtaking, walking up to the sound of nature at 5am was bliss We loved the uniqueness of the hotel, the design and the extra special touches which you made you feel like VIPs. Everyone was amazing, the food was outstanding we dined at the top of Jade Mountain every night, excited what amazing food we would enjoy, after our fabulous cocktails made by the wonderful Bentley There aren’t enough words to describe our experience except what a special place this is and our memories will stay with us forever!

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary at Jade Mountain. We traveled a lot and have been to all seven continents and this was the best vacation we had! This resort is so beautiful, the atmosphere so relaxing, the food so delicious and the service is just impeccable! We loved the open air concept and the infinity pool in our suite. I love seeing the mountains, the clouds and the stars everyday. It felt so romantic and I felt our relationship was renewed and we became much more intimate. Thank you Jade Mountain! We will be going back to celebrate more anniversaries!

I've stayed at a lot of places, but this one? It's got that special somethin'. Can't quite put my finger on it, but everything just feels right, y'know? The people working there seem genuinely happy, which is kinda rare these days. And the attention to detail is insane! Like, who thinks to put a little welcome note for your pet? These guys, apparently. Totally worth every pen
