The hotel is well located by the beach, which is what I was looking for, but it wasn’t as clean as I was hoping for. The majority of staff are friendly and welcoming. I had a relaxing time here and I would come back again. I have to say, the Thai restaurant there is amazing! They have authentic Thai food and great service. I was there two nights in a row. And also a nice selection of food for breakfast!
Great experience!
Cold feedback, would be to keep the 5 stars standard at all times.

Je tiens à remercier le personnel qui était accueillant gentil les services offerts étaient à la hauteur de ce que nous attendons cuisine excellente seulement si l'administration revoit les horaires de l'ouverture et de la fermeture de la piscine. Un grand remerciment à SARRA au beau sourire et SOUFIENE le gentil garçon .je recommande cet hôtel à toute famille voulant passer un bon séjour les prix ( pendant le notre)était bien étudié pour un père de famille qui veut faire plaisir à ses enfants.

Un hotel vieux, sale, avzc une qualité de service en dessous de tout ! Hormis une personne le jour de notre arrivée, le reste du personnel est incompétent, ne montrant aucun professionalisme. Le clou de ce navrant spectacle : 2 femmes de ménage qui volent une montre dans la salle de bain. Évidemment, rien n'a été fait pour retrouver la montre qui s'est envolée en même temps que les serviettes de bain que vous devez attendre plusieurs heures... Je termine le séjour avec un passage au centre de police de Gammarth dont j'afficherai la plainte. Peut-être que les propriétaires de l'hôtel prendront conscience qu'ils sont directement responsables vis à vis des clients et surtout du manque de professionnalisme de ses employés. Conseil à tout voyageur voulant venir a Gammarth : NE JAMAIS RESERVER ET SEJOURNER au REGENCY ! À vos risques et périls..

Fuyez !!!!! La façade a été refaite pour tromper la galerie. L'intérieur n'est même pas digne d'un 3 étoiles. 10min d'attente le matin pour avoir un café, machine en maintenance. Sans parler de la médiocrité du buffet. Plus de 45 min pour avoir des serviettes à 17h. La femme se ménage les ayant toutes retirées de la chambre. Liste non exhaustive du mauvais fonctionnement dans cet hotel 5 étoiles en quelques jours.
