Poor customer service, rude evening reception staff with lack of English understanding and lack of any understanding of customer service. Complained about blocked sink and toilets flush problem but he didn’t resolve issues. Rooms had insects crawling and corridor was flooded.

I mistakenly booked a single room in this hotel at a price of 27 USD.. Then I called the hotel to try to change the reservation to a matrimonial room because I am on vacation with my wife.. Their response was exploitative and told me to pay 66 USD to change the room type from single to double. Then I contacted the customer service to cancel the reservation and return my money, but without any benefit.. I contacted them for two whole days, but with no result.. The result was that I did not go to the hotel and lost my money.

Great resort would highly recommend everyone in staff went above and beyond. Very hard working. Shout out to Joe and the animation team. Great waiters including Soheil. Will defo return to this resort. Lovely food, staff and beach. Right on beach.

The Marhaba Salem hotel is an amazing place to visit. It has everything going for it, super location, amazing staff, especially the bar and animation staff who work so hard to look after and entertain the guests. There is always a brilliant selection of food, the variety ensure that all tastes are catered for. There are lots of activities for all ages and entertainment is inside and out in bother the Salem hotel and the "sister" hotel the Royal. Struggle as I might I cannot find fault. You WILL have a great time

This place is the best place in tunisia. All round great atmosphere, great rooms, great food, drinks, everything was just perfect. every member of staff treated everyone with respect all the time, was polite all the time. mido has looked after us since day 1. would definitely come and stay here again. perfect hotel.

Mido was absolutely amazing helped us around and get used to the hotel and around the area I defo recommend, animation team is also brilliant and entertainment is great defo recommend. Hotel is also very good all the staff and food is amazing and the activities are amazing

It's my first here I come here with family we really enjoy our time here we like the food and the weather was so nice about 27 d grass we like the drinks 🍸 there have party koukatel a d the team animations there make nice job and everyday 😀 😎 we really enjoy our holiday here we think we will be back soon 😀

Animation team are amazing. Mido is the best. Very helpful and great fun. Well done guys, keep up the good work!! And I want to say more its really a good time we have here and the food was so nice and the drink 🍸 so cool and thanks for all the people work here there 😀 do very nice job thanks fur all of them 😀
