Hotel Marhaba Club

This is the easyJet of hotels. It sucks you in with a seemingly good deal, then takes off every conceivable extra to make up for it. Loads of little annoyances: - zero information in the room or check in about breakfast/dinner times, wifi etc - although the deal says "half board" this does not cover any drink at all, not even water. The waiters came up to me and took water away on several occasions. No water in room, no kettle. They even "accidentally" took a bottle of water I'd bought elsewhere. Pushing for you to buy the all-you-can-drink deal instead. - perhaps related: there were loud and violent fights in the corridors all 3 nights I was there. One night glass in the corridor from a domestic altercation, one night screaming children, one night a guy attacked a girl. I know because the corridors are so echoey that you could hear a mouse fart outside your room. - Nothing in the room. No do not disturb sign, no bag for the laundry, no fridge, no kettle, no hairdryer, AC didn't work. Cleaners came in on day 2, took my pillowcases and bath mat, opened the door to my balcony, and left. Meanwhile there were ***** on the floor. -Staff were unmotivated and patronising. I told reception that the phone in my room was broken and she just looked at me like "and?". I lost an item and staff couldn't even be bothered to look for it in their office. Every time I asked a simple question I got treated like I was clueless and naive, when I'm an experienced solo traveller of over a decade. Pros: the rooms are giant, the pool is nice and the buffet is pretty good. But all the little irritations caused a death of a thousand paper cuts and I was relieved to leave.

The staff are amazing especially the bar staff and the entertainment was spectacular and the vibes were amazing and the food was out of this world i would highly recommend this to any friend or families who think about going and to do all the fun activities that are available

had a great time!!! Everything was good. The room was cosy and clean. The animators were kind. The pools was amazing and the foam party was nice. I recommend this hotel for everybody who go to the Tunisia. It’s the best place you could book in tunisia

What can I say about this hotel? But it’s fantastic everyone that works. There works really hard so You have an amazing holiday. The food is good. It’s always cooked in front of you so it’s always hot and there’s something for everyone to eat. All the staff are amazing animation team are always working hard to keep you entertained is brilliant at Aqua and dancing and loves to get everyone up to dance and lilou he’s always got a smile on his face and try so hard to get everyone involved in all the activities and the dancing. Lovely Place, Amazing Entertainment and staff (especially Lilo) . The Food was great and the drinks aswell. Would definitely recommend. Rooms were excellent and always being cleaned , so no need to worry about that.A great place to be for families and couples so anyone can go.

I had a short stay solo trip and I had such a fantastic time. It has everything the beach is located behind the hotel the pool bar was my favourite spot and I could stay there all day long sipping cocktails. The food was nice had lots of variety. Dinner wasn't explained that well but U have a particular table for your entire stay. It was my birthday and they sang happy birthday which was very nice and the team were lovely. The spa was ok I have had better hammams the spa was very small but the massage was lovely. Room was nice my only thing with the room was that there was little instructions and U literally had to work things out. My phone never worked but they came straight away to sort it out. But there was no room service number or reception number. I had to work out how the plugs switched on as I couldn't work it out and it was a switch by the bed really confusing. They should have a welcome card with information and more signage. I wish my stay was longer but I'll be going back so I can do the tours never had enough time to venture out of the resort.

it’s very nice here, the food is great the entertainment is amazing i love it will defo be back. animation team is amazing. the pool is nice my room is nice the tv works well. i felt amazing i got a good tan. the beach is very nice and the activity’s are fun.
