Attending a family wedding rooms were very basic my son could not fit in his bed as it was suppose to be a double but was not long enough I think it was a three quarter bed breakfast was basic bacon looked as. If it was shown the pan and then served all products were cooked and put into big serving dishes where they were kept warm toast only toasted 1 side nicest thing was the coffee the wedding was beautiful the wedding planner disappeared about 5 the wedding was going on till 12 I would not recommend this hotel to any body they may have a spa and treatment rooms but have no lift that works so no good for anybody in a wheelchair

Stayed as a guest for a wedding taking place near the hotel. Was given a free upgrade by the hotel which was very kind. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the bed was super comfy, however definitely needed a lick of paint and an update, there were lots of marks on the walls in the bathroom. The shower screen leaked which meant water on the bathroom floor and the room was super hot. Breakfast was tasty, buffet style.

We attended an afternoon tea and spa experience. On arrival we went to reception, the lady was not overly helpful with telling us anything. Just pointed where we we needed to go. We thought we would leave our swimwear in the lockers while we ate, but the lockers were not able to be used, so had to carry all our bags with us. The afternoon tea itself and the service in the restaurant was lovely. We then went off to the spa. We had to ask to be provided with the towels robes and slippers, the receptionist seemed quite put out that we were asking for these. We were given the towels and robes, but they had no slippers available, which is not acceptable as they are part of the package and we didn't take spa footwear with us for this reason. We had to go down some stairs that was lit by an extremely dingy dark stand up lamp with the cable trailing on the stairs, very dangerous. Then when we got to the bottom we couldn't gain access so had to go back to reception to be given a key. Once we did get access the changing rooms were not overly inviting. The shower cubicles were just about big enough for a child with horrible shower curtains that stick to you when trying to wash. We then entered the spa area, which was a small pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. There isn't really much I can say positive about this. The 2 seats around the pool were not very clean, there were tiles missing from the floor inside the sauna and all round the jacuzzi. The only way to get the jacuzzi to work was by keep getting out and switching the power on and off at the wall. The pool itself had scum around the tile surfaces. There was absolutely no one around checking the safety of guests. Over all, I would recommend the Brasserie 1727 restaurant, but until the spa has had a complete overhaul, then steer well clear. Very disappointing

We arrived to a warm welcome and super friendly and helpful staff. We had a beautiful room which was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The service and food here was second to non...nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely recommend and also revisit this hotel.

We recently hosted an industry event of around 65 people at Burnham Beeches Hotel, and we were really happy with the entire experience. The highlight for many of our guests was the English afternoon tea. The fresh scones were to die for, and in the words of one of our guests who came all the way from India, “at least 3 people and I agree that the scones were the greatest here plus the clotted cream. Heavenly. They are available elsewhere but the cream isn’t the same.” In the run-up to the event, we were in regular contact with Kayliegh who was an absolute star and made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it to be. It is so important to have an engaged contact when planning these sorts of events, and Kayliegh was absolutely fabulous. From start to finish, the staff took exceptional care of us, ensuring that our guests had a great time. Even if there were small hiccups, which are to be expected with any event, Kayliegh, Harry, Sara, Kasha, Decio, and all others were there to help us and quickly fix any issues we had. Overall, our experience at Burnham Beeches Hotel was great, and we highly recommend this venue for both business and leisure events. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

The hotel and food were great but the staff were exceptional, in particular Ian, whom I met first and made the most wonderful Campari Spritz and was so kind and helpful, Erica the beautician who gave the best neck and back massage and MD who looked after us beautifully at dinner! Thank you all so much

A friend and I had a lovely one night stay at Burnham Beeches. The weather was lovely so we could sit out on the lawn at the front with a drink. Our room was comfortable and very clean We had treatments with Erika which were amazing. She was sooo good and the Temple products were fab Dinner in the evening was delicious and MD looked after us really well and was so attentive Ian was great in reception, at the bar and making us feel very welcome. The only downside was the spa area but I understand that this is about to be renovated. It would be good to come back when that has been done
