Got there at 6 pm and the hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and place also in great location. Had a very wonderful time and surely will come back again. Thank you 👍

Hygiene: Clean Service: Good attitude

The hotel room is large and the hygiene is pretty good. Unfortunately, there are a lot of flies. The kitchen is well-equipped. We went to the supermarket to buy a lot of food and went back to the hotel to cook it.

I think the location and room are good

The cooking utensils are very complete, the room design is good, and the bathroom is tidy

Great place to stay. Second time there and not disappointed at all, just like being home, but better as rooms are serviced. Comfortable, quite and well appointed. Felt safe at all times. Supermarket just down the road too. Just a tip. Bring your own shampoo though as its not provided. minor issue but handy to know.

We have stayed here twice now and we think this will be our go to place from now on when we go to Bunbury. Done up so lovely and soooooooooooo clean. Nice change to have spare sheets & towels if needed Ten out of ten from us, luuuuuuuuuuuved it there. Really nice lady at reception

Good wheelchair accessible accomodation. Apartment had disabled parking spot outside the door, spacious room and bathroom with everything you need. Lovely and clean, all areas well maintained. Reasonably close to town . Reception staff friendly and breakfast option worked well for us, reasonably priced and good value. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The room was very comfortable and clean. All the facilities we expected were in the room, including kettle, toaster, iron, etc. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We planned a late check-in and the staff contacted us by phone to double-check our arrival time.

Fantastic place, enjoy our stay and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Very clean with great comfort and wonderful staff. Close to facilities of shops, pubs and cafes and your able to walk. Close to drive or walk to amazing beaches or lazy by there pool

Terrible. Never again. We were booked in for 3 nights, but after the first night we knew we couldn't stay any longer. The rooms are extremely dated. Aircon/Heater did not work. Room was very cold. Bathroom window was stuck open and could not be shut. That Created an Awful draft coming from the bathroom even from under the door when closed. The walls are so thin we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms, including TV'S, peoples conversations, showers and toilet use! People talking and smoking on the balcony out the front at all hours of the night. Again you can hear everything like its all happening inside your room. We had people outside talking and smoking until 11.30pm. Then we had the room next door getting up at 1.30am getting ready for work. So again more TV's, more talking, showers and toilets all over again. Then cars and trucks engines running outside for 20 mins before leaving. We couldn't do that again, we went down and spoke to the manager and told him we would be checking out. He told us he would refund our money, but he was unable to refund us there at the time. To this date. We still have not been refunded anything.

I had a 2 night stay at Bunbury Apartment Motel. The gentleman at the reception desk was polite and made check in an easy process. The room was immaculate and spacious. Kitchen with cooking utensils and a full size fridge. Spare quality fan in the bedroom to circulate air. This place is such great value for money - it is an affordable price, close proximity to shops and is a clean and comfortable stay. What more could you ask for! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had to travel to Bunbury for a medical emergency and I could not speak more highly of the staff at this motel. They were flexible and accommodating, and they made a difficult time much easier. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of bench space
