Upon arrival, despite providing my booking details, proof of payment, and a confirmation email, the hotel staff was unable to locate my reservation. The staff member on duty refused to assist me further and denied me access to my room, despite my efforts to provide all necessary documentation. This was extremely distressing, especially considering that I had traveled a long distance from Newcastle to Huntingdon, arriving at 10 PM, and was ready to check in after a tiring journey. Rather than offering any assistance, the staff member merely handed me a number to call, which I later discovered was for your booking team. I requested that he make the call on my behalf, but he insisted it had to be done by me. When I contacted the booking team, I found that their office was closed, a fact that the staff member could have informed me of beforehand. To make matters worse, I was charged for the call, making matters worse for me
