Very nice and big hotel. The location was perfect for our business trip and even though this place is 4 years old, no major signs of wear.

New with well appointed big room, with complete aminities in room. The hotel facilities also good. Service is very attentive.

All staff are extremely polite, helpful, and kind. Made me feel really welcome, and I had a really nice time here. The rooms were very good and well maintained. All food and services were exceptional.

Management have to add ATM machine at hotel because your expensive deposit, nowadays not all people have cash or CC, or you have to easier your consumer ex. Qris/transfered mode payment is ok and easy refundable.

Breakfast is good , as compared to holiday inn in jabebeka. However receptionists duty at night 8pm need to be speed up their check in process, it was slow… as compare to other hotels .
