There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

My son has been extremely happy with the activities at Ollies club! Thank you Prajakta and Sumita to have made his stay so memorable! Beach is so accessible and waves are very calm. Many pools make it look not very crowded even when the property was full! Food was good too!

We spent 31st and 1st Night at ITC Grand Goa. Overall the experience was just amazing.It actually more than amazing!! Location, rooms, reaturants, swimming pool are just perfect for our family of 4 with 2 kids. It's less to praise everyone in the service. They are so prompt, courteous and always with a smile. 31st Gala dinner with awesome performance was arranged superbly keeping all age group in mind. Ollie's Kids club was a savior for us as they have so many interesting activities to keep the kids busy. Thank you ITC goa for making our stay memorable and would definitely come back again!!

Our stay at ITC Grand Goa was nothing short of spectacular. We were upgraded from a Lagoon view room to a Suite, and it was the perfect choice. The suite was spacious, luxurious, and offered an immersive, tranquil experience. The outdoor showers and private pool were an ethereal touch, providing ultimate relaxation in a picturesque setting. The resort’s proximity to the private Cansaulim Beach was a highlight. The powdery white sands and crystal-clear blue waters created the perfect environment for unwinding. The buggy service from the property to the beach was particularly thoughtful, especially for my aged mother, making it easy and comfortable to enjoy the seaside. The staff including the duty manager, Ms. Roshni, were incredibly cordial and warm, always ensuring our comfort. A special mention goes to Mr. Daryl and Mr. Tirth Das at the Royal Afghan restaurant, who were exceptionally supportive and attentive, elevating our dining experience to another level. Overall, ITC Grand Goa offered a perfect blend of luxury, serenity, and impeccable service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a blissful getaway in Goa!

Great Ambience, Sprawling locale with wonderful beach with Courteous staff. Special mention to team members Ms.Venisa, Ms.Dekyi and the Housekeeping team + Mgmt for extending the gesture of sending across safely some of my personal belongings that I missed during checkout. It shows their commitment and true hospitality.

The hotel is really nice. It is clam and peaceful - exactly the vibes that we were looking for. We were there for a wedding and definitely want to go back. Shoutout to Dharitri, Sameer, and Prakash Negi for making our stay so wonderful :) My only complaint is that their smoothie grinder was not working so hopefully, they can fix it!
