There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

5 stars to the incompetence! Poorly managed hotel destroying the reputation of ITC and Marriott. The hotel is a everyday wedding location with super loud events. Absolutely not suitable for other guests who seek relaxation. The service lacks in every way. It is just a crowd of uncoordinated and lazy staff running around. See foto of staff trying to ignore guests at the pool. Water was coming from the roof in our appartment for three days creating a safety issue with the electricity. The beach looks like a garbage depony after the weddings and the hotel manager lets the dirt fly around for 2 days before cleaning. Half of it goes to the sea which is disturbing. It surely does not at all comply with the Marriott sustainability policy „serve360“ at all. See fotos. One request to the general manager Krishnamoorthy: safe me from copying your ridiculous standard answer that you take any of your guest review seriously. Then you would have already acted accordingly. Maybe you should change your job to a 3 star hotel, that would fit your format to manage a hotel better.

Came here for dinner from our much nicer hotel Allila Diwa. Food was extremely expensive and below average and drinks exorbitant- do not recommend. Had to get hotel cab home- three times the price of our cab here. Not coming again.

A GRAND experience indeed. It’s stunningly beautiful, the priory itself is well maintained and the service is exceptional. The hotel is right on the beach and there are buggies to take you down to the beach if you don’t want to walk. I’m happy to call out by name certain members of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure every guest had the perfect experience. Cyrus, Gaurav, Abhishek, Jatin, Ali - exemplary service. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. The food in all the outlets was really good - kebabs & curries, being my personal favourite. The banquet halls are also really expansive making it the perfect destination for any event.
