Amazing hotel. Twice a week there are open-air gala dinners with a concert. There is a spacious clean beach next to the hotel, I highly recommend it for jogging. The hotel staff is always accommodating. We needed a late check-out, they gave us a room for free until the evening.

Hotel klein übersichtlich und etwas zum entspannen für Leute die Ruhe in Goa suchen! Ringsherum ist nichts zu findenausser ein paar einheimische Läden! Großer minus Punkt des Hotels sind die unzureichenden Sonnenliegen! Entweder *** besticht den poolboy mit 500 Rupien jeden Tag oder *** nimmt ,wie wir es ,im Kauf morgens 5 Uhr in der Früh aufzustehen um eine Liege zu reservieren! Das Management weiß von dem Problem,außer schönen Worten passiert nichts! Dachten könnten mal ausschlafen im Urlaub,wenn ja,dann keine Liege! Sorry,das entspricht keinem 5 Sterne Haus,wo der Gast nicht für voll genommen wird!!!!!!! Echt traurig das ganze,denn sonst hat fast alles gepasst!

The friendliest hotel, all the staff are helpful and seem to be enjoying themselves while we relax. Being a smallish hotel everyone talks to each other. Just a small walk to an amazing almost empty beach, it’s glorious, if you want to party go somewhere else. The hotel has everything you need but not dazzling, comfortable clean rooms and good showers, the food and entertainment can be a little repetitive but we love the place and will return next December

What a fantastic hotel! I couldn’t fault it for the most part with one exception. The staff were helpful and friendly, the place was clean with good facilities but also allowing for a peaceful holiday. The fellow guests were also great to get to know in this small, intimate hotel. Now for the gripe and it’s a big one. SUNBEDS! Literally it’s an out and out war to get a sun bed with people getting up before sunrise to stick a towel down. Then you have issues where you can pay staff to save sun beds which really isn’t how it should be. The solution? Buy more sun beds! You know how many people are in the hotel, assume all will want a sun bed and ensure availability. The one thing most people want to do on holiday is lie in the sun so, this is a fundamental issue but one so easily resolved. So, whilst this was a big fat black mark, I seriously couldn’t fault the rest of the hotel and holiday and my husband said the food was the best he had ever tasted anywhere in the world! Well done Heritage Village- keep up the fantastic work and more sun beds please! 🙏

Had a great time at the resort. Very welcoming and friendly staff, shout out to Velita, Ganesh and Annie for arranging for our activities and room requirements. Thanks to Sydon for taking care at Chutney. We did several activities, we loved the ebike tour and Divar island excursion.

This is such a lovely hotel - I spent Christmas and New Year here, as I did last year, and the staff are amazing. I was welcomed back so warmly (important when you are travelling solo) and nothing is too much trouble for them. Fabulous party nights for Christmas and New Year, they really push the boat out and the buffets are out of this world. I liked to eat outside Chutneys restaurant and Bal remembered my favourite poached eggs for breakfast without being asked. Their Butter Chicken is the best I have ever had. On New Year I wore a saree, the Youtube videos make it look easy but believe me it is not! Anna who runs the reception (maybe she runs the hotel??) arranged for one of the lady security officers who is a saree wearer to come to my room and fasten me into it. They were all so kind and made me feel really special. This really is a lovely place and I can highly recommend for Solo travellers who may have to think twice about visiting Goa alone - just do it!! See you all next year.
