The Postcard Hideaway, Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, Goa

Spent two nights ***** with my better half at Postcard Hideaway Netravali from 02 Sep to 04 Sep 24. It was an amazing experience from the time of arrival till we left. It was green everywhere in the resort which is located inside a forest with thick vegetation all around. A very warm welcome was accorded by Mr Saurabh Khurana the operations head and his team. The luxury cottage allotted to us simply superb with all modern amenities. Excellent housekeeping support was provided by Aditya during our stay. Food was excellent and dishes prepared at the restaurant by Chefs Amit Jha & Ashish were delicious. We will be doing a mistake if we don’t mention about Sonia the service manager, who was so very helpful in all matters. In fact each and every staff member was very well behaved at the resort and looked after us in the best possible way. Many thanks to all of them

This was an absolutely brilliant experience. We've always wanted to visit Goa in the rains and ended up choosing Postcard Hideaway Netravali. Is the stay and food expensive? It is. Is it worth the cost? Absolutely. The service was brilliant, on par with (if not better than) our experience with Oberoi. The food was very different and something we did not tire off even after 3 nights there. But aside from this, what sets Postcard apart is their commitment to aspects like anytime check in / checkout and anytime breakfast. Although this may appear small, they are absolutely liberating when it comes to planning a holiday. We arrived at around 8.30am and had no issues checking in. Similarly, our breakfast timing was also varied, anywhere from 8am to almost noon (and they had absolutely no issues with it). Smaller touches were also great, including a take-home pouch for toiletries (lovely toiletries as well). Were there any aspects of improvement? Absolutely. Food service was slow, even at the restaurant. Not a deal breaker, but it can be agonizing, waiting 30 to 45 mins for our food and drinks after ordering. Also, menu options were a tad limited but you could order stuff like pizzas etc and they would make it for you even if it was off-menu (we didnt try that). On that aspect, the GM promised that they were expanding the menu soon. TLDR: gem of a place with very secluded rooms and great service, tasty food and awesome differentiators which will make us re-examine any five star stays we do in the future. Will definitely be on the lookout for Postcard properties in the future. Cons: Pricy stay and food / drinks.

The Postcard Hideaway is idyllic and located in a stunning location but what makes the place stand out is the staff. Led by the incredible Sonia, the team went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect. A big should out and heart felt thanks to the chefs who catered to our dietary needs on a daily basis and Seden and Muskan in the Spa who were simply so professional, kind and caring. To everyone! Postcard Hideaway is an amazing resort. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay, the pool is stunning, and the rooms are incredible and secluded with a breathtaking balcony. I must specifically mention the food at the hotel! It’s unique, fresh, delicious, and unforgettable. The kitchen staff and waiters went above and beyond. An unforgettable vacation.

I went to dine around 6 in evening , ordered For noodle soup , prawns , lamb, drunken noodles and Portuguese coffee. How would a person feel if everything comes together and cold served . (Please have a look at the CCTV footage) . One and only outlet was empty . Later before dining I also asked the server to do a showaround was thinking to stay at your property instead of Alila , but it was never organised stating that rooms are dirty right now . Very strange and peculiar reason … I don’t know how management would react on this that they loose out one night from a walk in customer. Property looks good from out but it’s the people who makes it beautiful with empathy . There was no apology and even I was looking for service recovery to be done but yes they charged me service charge. Asked for F&B manager but he was busy in empty outlet didn’t show up or he wanted to ignore. Regards Bikramaditya

The Postcard Hotel, nestled in South Goa, is a remarkable retreat surrounded by the lush greenery of the Netravati Reserve. The rooms offer excellent privacy and feature balconies with breathtaking views. The restaurant serves exceptional food, including local xacuti curries, delectable poeh, and fantastic feni cocktails. Saurabh, Sonia, and the entire team at Postcard go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay!

The property is like heaven on earth and the way they treat you, it’s exceptional, unlike the 5star hotel resorts. They cater to your needs, your timings and make sure you are “at home” comfortable. The staff members from the head of the team to your golf kart driver are all smiles and ready to do what you want. We wish to particularly mention the GM Saurabh, Ms. Sonia and the chef Creighton Vaz, who made it among the most value holiday, unlike any other. Everything was way above 5star, the rooms, the service, the food and the location.

The best thing Goa can offer away from the crowdy beaches and cafes! It's the most relaxing resort ever! The staff are very generous and always go beyond the usuals to ensure you have the most amazing experience. Anytime breakfast and resort properties are a real match made in heaven. The chef whips out amazing breakfast. They make EVERYTHING you ask for. Nothing is ever denied. Our favourite dish was Poizaa or however it's spoilt. The best local bread and toppings of Pizza. Anytime check-in and check-out are too good as well. No one bothers you or even calls you for check-out and so on. The Spa is hands on and has the most amazing view one could ask for. It's amazingly relaxing and the tea offered post Spa is the BEST. The views from each room is killer and inspite of being disconnected from the outside world (There's no network at all unless you use BSNL), it just gives you time to relax and connect with the nature. If you ever plan on going here, please go for it without a second doubt. Kudos to The Postcard Team, Mr. Saurabh Khurana and Mr. Kapil Chopra for building a one of experience in the jungle and yet surpassing the 7 star experience by a mile.

A perfect hideaway and escape from the busy city life. Nestled in a beautiful forest space with a very scenic drive, and good approach roads. Monsoon is a good season to visit the property to enjoy the green landscapes to the fullest. We experienced a very warm hospitality driven by Mr Saurabh and Ms Sonia, and they ensured we had a memorable stay with our 2.5 years old son. While the food menu may seem limited, the chef ensured to pamper us with delicious specialty food items and make to order delicacies. Overall a great getaway destination, in a different landscape of Goa.
