This hotel is good. It is full of old objects. There are many historical pictures that cannot be seen in China. The walls are covered here. The hotel has its own large garden, and I held a proposal ceremony here. There is basically no need to decorate. The environment is so awesome. The AXOR used in the bathroom is of high quality.

On the first night of arriving in Hobart, I stayed at the Islington Hotel in a courtyard suite. The Hobart CBD is only 2 kilometers away on foot. This is a truly beautiful property, if your looking for attention to detail and top service this is the place to stay we stayed at the Islington off peak so we felt like we were the only people in the place which was nice but equally would be a very enjoyable experience having the bustle of extra guest. The food was exceptional

Excellent weekend stay with fantastic room, personal service, cosy facilities and great quiet neighbourhood. Staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Only having 11 rooms was fantastic. It enabled perfect balance of privacy. Definitely recommended.

The architect accomplished something special in itself, and then the owners, management and staff have have absolutely enhanced the shine on this diamond. From the magnificent décor to the luxurious comfort, an artful combination of yesterday and today. The Islington will always feature in my itinerary.

We only had 2 nights here, but wished it was more. Everything was spot on and above expectations. Everything was just excellent. The food, staff, the grounds, the rooms and amenities, just can't be faulted. Great place to stay, just on the outskirts of Hobart CBD Thanks
