Breakfast is not comfortable. The food is a bit small and when it's finished it's not filled immediately, they're told to fill it first and then they have to wait quite a long time. When eating, the waiter focuses on looking at the guests, not looking at the availability of food.
The rooms are adequate, the facilities are sufficient but there are no facilities for making coffee or tea in the room.
