Booked for 3 nights. Breakfast quality is super. Room clean and all well maintained and modern style. Thanks the management to arrange high floor and best view for me. Will back to this hotel again.

Overall stay was very good, except for the WIFI, out of my stay of 15 days, i struggled for wifi connectivity for almost 5 days, every other morning the wifi wont work and i have to call the hotel management and have to wait, since i am a digital nomad i work and travel together. So it was a huge inconvinience.
Apart from it, stay was good, gym is better than most hotels and the pool is great. Would definately stay with them in my next trip.

Booked the **R DELUXE** type... it was incredibly SATISFYING, from the very FRIENDLY service to the facilities & kitchen equipment in the room... I requested a rice cooker and it was provided! This aparthotel is perfect for a large family... THANK YOUUU

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay! The apartments were spacious and nice, with genuinely hot water and great pressure. There's also a pool and a gym. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The Wi-Fi was good. Plus, there's a mini-market and a restaurant right in the hotel, which is super convenient.
The only downsides were that the towels were quite worn out and a bit gray, the bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been, and we found a hair under the pillow.

We stayed in the Executive Suite at Citadines and really enjoyed our time there. The skyline view is beautiful, especially at night, and the suite is spacious, modern, and very comfortable.
When our smart TV stopped working, the staff responded immediately and brought us a brand new TV within a very short time, which was impressive. Because of how comfortable everything was, we ended up extending our stay by two more weeks.
Great service, great view, and excellent overall experience. We would gladly stay here again.

Being the visitor who first time travels to Jakarta, I fortunately made a correct decision to choose Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta. The hotel is located at the city centre that is near the CBD. Besides, I feel so satisfied with the service provided by the hotel staff. Have to give them 5-star reviews!
