A satisfying staycation. The hotel room was aesthetic, with a smart TV that had YouTube, Netflix, etc.; it was clean and had a small balcony with a city view. The hotel's location is strategic, with complete facilities including a pool and gym. The apartment is also integrated with a mall, accessible via a lift. There was a slight difference in the check-in process; key handover wasn't at the reception but with a representative from Morich (had to wait a few minutes for them to arrive in the lobby), and a deposit of Rp 300k was required. The check-out process also involved contacting the rep directly for the deposit refund, while the key simply had to be left in the room.

It's very bad, extremely dirty, located far away, with terrible service and thieves. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all.

Stayed here for a week (20-27 Aug) and had a terrible experience with bed bugs. I got bitten multiple times on my very first night, and reported it to reception twice the same day. They only cleaned the room, but 3 days later the exact same problem happened again with new bites and bleeding. Photos attached show bed bugs found in the room and bloodstains on the bedsheet from the bites. This is a serious hygiene and health issue that was not properly resolved even after I reported it. Very disappointing for a place that charges guests full price. Would not recommend staying here until this is properly fixed.
