The hotel room was rundown and seriously need an upgrade / renovation. Room was so disappointed with old furniture, refrigerator and tv. Really wonder how they got 5 stars for this hotel.

Overall experience was good. Would rate a high 4stars.
Everything is good, except rooms are slightly older due to all the years. Things like hair dryer has to be improved. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Hotel is ok. Looks a little different from photos haha, in the photos it looks quite new and modern but when i reached in the hotel room. It looks like kinda old but its clean.
Downside, the mattress is hard :( my tv wasn’t working well because the remote is spoiled. Called someone up, idk what they fixed but the couldn’t control the volume of tv, it think the remote is spoiled. The sink tap in the toilet is kind of spoiled too, its hard to control the amount of water you need coming out of the tap.
Good side, the pillows are so comfortable! The staffs there are all very friendly and helpful. I like how they greet customers with a sincere smile and polite gesture. There was free jamu 🫶🏼 kids play area at the lobby. Breakfast buffet spread was great too! Location was at CBD area near a mall. Love it

Location: Hotel area is ok, located just next to Kuningan Mall but because it's just right at a diverging traffic lanes, traffic is horrible when travelling out of the hotel.
Service from staff is great and most have been generally helpful and polite.
My only gripe with the hotel is that it's a bit old, even the towels looks old and the white lightings used in the rooms and common areas makes the hotel lobby looks more like a office building rather than a hotel. White lightings used in the room makes it not so comfortable to stay and sleep in, especially if I am travelling with my partner. The main reason I will not book this hotel again is because of the white lights and nothing to do with the staff's services.
Didnt use much of the hotel's facilities to make any fair comments.
Cleaning of the room can be improved with more attention being paid to details but not a deal breaker for me.
