The pillow had a sweaty smell. Other than that, I didn't have any bad experiences. The MRT station was nearby, so it was easy to get around the city.

the hotel location is strategic and in front of the hotel there are lots of food and culinary choices 🤩
but for cleanliness please take better care because there are still some dirt stains on the sheets and the toilet smells really bad, I've asked room service to clean it but they only gave me a fragrance and in one of the rooms there was a bar of soap (still wrapped in plastic) fell into the toilet and couldn't be flushed
the amenities are also incomplete, there is 1 room that gets 3 packs of amenities, some only get 2 packs even though we all booked the same room type, the family room type
it also took a long time to check in?? book 5 rooms when I arrived at 2 pm only 2 rooms were ready and around 4 pm only 3 other rooms were ready haduhh
for breakfast sorry to say the food is all bland and the choice of dishes is not very diverse but overall good
