Very happy to be back to one of the JW Marriott hotels and the Jakarta one kept up the usual standards

A hotel is in very good location, waking distance to shopping mall and restaurants, breakfast was perfect and staffs are amazing, they decorated our room and sang birthday song for my daughter. Special thanks to Gaby and all staff in JW Marriot Jakarta , for your kindness , we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely back again soon.

It shows the JW MARIOTT class. Room is perfect! We got to use the executive lounge. They prepared the room with deco and some delicious cake for my partner bday. Breakfast was excellent. Bed is super comfy, marriott standard. We got our late chexk out till 3pm. Staff is very friendly. Recommended!

Came here for an event and everything was super satisfying. Super comfortable and received fantastic service.

If you select the evening meal / breakfast option, you get entrance to the Executive lounge which also included afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, so a very good service. Highly recommend for a stay in Jakarta.

Business travel to this hotel - little bit outdated but overall a good stay!

Booked for the governor’s suite and it was spacious and worth it because it includes the executive lounge 🫶

The service of this hotel is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The new manager (from India) I met there is 100% in caring for the well being of the guests. Room service, restaurant and breakfast is on top of what I have experienced in Jakarta. Executive lounge provides excellent food, drinks and service. This hotel is highly recommended.
