Rarely gave any review for a hotel but i had to wrote these because of the amazing staff Ritz-Carlton ever had. Service is the secret sauce to every amazing stay. A hotel can have the most beautiful rooms, views, food, location but if the staff aren't on their A game, it becomes unmemorable. Me and my friends visited the Ritz for 1 night on 15th june in the residence and were blown away by the all of the aforementioned including service. The receptionist, nadilla are great at the checking process it was informative but she make it fun and simple. The greatest of all were the concierges wahyu,indra and fajri who helped us with the lobsters that we brought without us bother to ask, we have been visited so many properties in jakarta but this is the first time we felt this heart warming care, they just simply said do we need help with the lobsters and took the responsibility, they are surely good at their job. My japanese friend also said that concierge guy body gesture are considered so polite to his culture, he bows countless times thanking us when it should be us who thank him. We are surely gonna invite more of our friends to visit this hotel again when we're back to indonesia. It is the little details that make a hotel stay memorable. Thank you so much again enduy,indra,wahyu,fajri and nadila. Me and my friends will definitely be back.
