The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Jakarta Pacific Place

Comfrotable and great stay, nice lounge and enjpyed our stay

The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

Me and my family have never felt sooo spoiled and pampered by any other 5-star hotels. Here everybody on the 21st floor (where the reception and the club lounge are located at) will make sure you have all you need (and want). The highlight of this hotel for us is the F&B service, with the free-flow morning to evening food at the club lounge, you don't need to leave the hotel at all. Perfect for family staycation or business trip. Big THANKS to F&B personnels that have delivered amazing sincerely genuine service : Shalsa, Mba Riri, Raveena, they kept feeding us we literally still felt so full 24 hours after leaving the hotel. To Vinny and Bu Audrey from the frontdesk, thank you for such warm hospitality and help. Ritz Carlton, you have such an amazing solid team here. Two thumbs up. We would like to stay longer next time.

The service and hospitality were gorgeous,Supported by staff who were not only competent but also provided excellent service. They always try to anticipate the customers’ needs and requirements. They strive to improve and deliver at the highest standards.

Rarely gave any review for a hotel but i had to wrote these because of the amazing staff Ritz-Carlton ever had. Service is the secret sauce to every amazing stay. A hotel can have the most beautiful rooms, views, food, location but if the staff aren't on their A game, it becomes unmemorable. Me and my friends visited the Ritz for 1 night on 15th june in the residence and were blown away by the all of the aforementioned including service. The receptionist, nadilla are great at the checking process it was informative but she make it fun and simple. The greatest of all were the concierges wahyu,indra and fajri who helped us with the lobsters that we brought without us bother to ask, we have been visited so many properties in jakarta but this is the first time we felt this heart warming care, they just simply said do we need help with the lobsters and took the responsibility, they are surely good at their job. My japanese friend also said that concierge guy body gesture are considered so polite to his culture, he bows countless times thanking us when it should be us who thank him. We are surely gonna invite more of our friends to visit this hotel again when we're back to indonesia. It is the little details that make a hotel stay memorable. We had such a good time when we had an event in Glass House, Ritz Carlton Pacific Place Jakarta. The event was so nice, thank you a lot for a help from the banquet team. Especially Micco, Beng Beng, Fauzi and rest of the team. Thank you once again.
