The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Jakarta Pacific Place Reviews

The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

Good team work for Floor operation team. Service is excellent. They manage to provide/support all inquiries needed for the meeting. We have Zahra, Yuda, Dian and team on duty at that time who is giving full service. They reacted fastly and mindful of every details concerns coming from us. Keep the excellent service! And never be full.

I stayed there with my 2 kids 13 and 11 yo. And all access for the hotel they exclusively handled at 21st floor. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the also personalize each guests. The room are big 65m2 with access to lounge and the price include for 5 times meal start from 6 am that you can enjoy anytime. So overall the price is cheap with this. The price actually only for 2 person but they charged nothing for me even for my husband for additional breakfast which is nice. The kids love the rooms with spacious bathroom that connected to the closet. So many improvement since my last stay. They also has access to pacific place mall and near by you can simply walk or take taxi to Asta 88 mall which has modern interior design and park to walk or just enjoy coffee. Note for the smoker, the hotel doesnt provide smoking room. So far i'm so impressed and for sure will go there again Explore Search Plan Review

We had 2 days meeting, the banquet staff is very fast respond, friendly, the rooms are so clean, smells good but only for time check in is quietly slow, but overall service is ok. I hope this review can make you guys increase your quality Very thankyou and see you next time

Great service at the RCPP went above meeting expectations but creating a "Wow" experience for my wife and me. During our 3 night stay, we consistently experienced "Wow" moments at their club lounge. Always warm smiles greeted us with our names. Remembering our preferred drinks. Bringing local foods for our tasting. Excellent is about creating "Wow" moments. RCPP did it! Thank you!
