Arosa Hotel Jakarta Reviews

Was staying at 8th floor, it was very noise. Apparently the Hotel has a rooftop resto/club and blasting music so very loud on Saturday night and I could heard it from my room. My window room was shattering. The breakfast buffet was okay.. had a few choices of food but the taste was so so. Could be better. Room was clean and the amenities were fine. Hoping for a better improvement.

Overall Not bad. Just that the cleanliness need to improve as i spotted the drawer of glass is a bit dirty. Please take note.

Best Value for Money in south Jakarta!

The facilities were excellent, i encountered no problem at all. The room was so clean, its suitable for business trip. Tho the room its not that big but still enough

The soundproofing is poor, the address is very good, there are many places to eat around, the breakfast is very rich, it meets all kinds of eating habits, the price is relatively cost-effective, in general, it is great value

The room is quite clean. View is also ok. It's just possible to park, if it's raining, the way to the lobby will get a little rainy. The breakfast is ok and tastes good

A very cost-effective hotel, the breakfast is very good and the parking is very convenient, which is definitely a highlight. Although the top floor lounge is not high, there are low-rise buildings nearby, so you can enjoy the night view and have a wide view.

The room is nice and clean, the location very strategic because a lot of restaurants nearby. I love the hospitality from the Security guys, the way they greet me with smile is the thing that I will always remember from Arosa. The sky louge also nice, I watched the sunset there and it’s a great view. The only thing that I want to complain is the Restaurant Staffs, none of them are being helpful and their flat expression, the breakfast was good but seeing all of them look annoyed just no.
