First of all, some people have written that the location is bad, but you chose it yourself, so I don't think the location is bad.
I was looking for a quiet place, so I felt this was a great location.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
It was the best service I've ever received while staying at a hotel.
The only thing that's disappointing is that there aren't many amenities. Other than that, it was great, so I'd definitely like to come back again.

Average stay, lots of staff standing around but the service is nothing like Raffles and St Regis in Jakarta. The breakfast was atrocious. Waiting for more than 5 minutes each time for the buffet to be replenished. The buffet dinner wasn't much better either, tasteless prawns and seafood. Very disappointed in Ritz Carlton, it seems at this hotel standards have really dropped. Would not stay here again.
