As a solo business traveler, I found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The location is superb, with plenty of amenities. The staff were professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend it for convenience and comfort!

It was old and just acceptable for a short stay.

One of the best service I ever got.
 Rooftop is amazing but closes by 9 pm and not open untill 5 pm.
Close to the market, malls, metro and business center.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue is the light in the room, it’s not enough and makes the room dark. Also the bed is not comfortable. It does not support my back at all

The room smell is very strange, the noise outside the window is very big, the road is always under repairing, very poor hotel.

We had 8 days fullday meeting in this hotel. Meeting room is clean and spacious. Food selection for coffee break is nice with lots of varieties. Service is excellent esp from banquet team (mas febi, mas ilham, mas yoga, mas holgi, mas yusuf, mas rizki, mas pian) who are very responsive and attentive throughout the period.

Very good hotel, nice service from the receptions, clean room, toilet, lobby, the food is very delicious. But can improve about room availability for early check in. And basement for car parking is very minimum capacity.

Food is great . Service is good. The waitress Diva isvery friendly and good service ! The stay is pleasant. The room is great. The front desk all good. The hotel is close to Malls and shopping. The traffic is ok.
