DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL, THE STAFF STEALS THINGS!!!!!! I bought 2kg of strawberries from a farm 2 days before check out and kept them in the fridge to keep them fresh. Left a note on the table to remind myself to remember to take the strawberries on the day of check out but i didn't expect to receive a THANK YOU NOTE FROM THE THIEF! My note said "remember to take strawberries" and the thief left this message "thank u very much for your give strawberry .. *housekeeping* IF THEY CAN STEAL simple things like fruits, I wonder what else would they steal? DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST HOTEL LEFT IN JAKARTA! Besides stealing this, I was greatly inconvenience from the moment i checked in. Upon check in, I tried to turn on the aircon, but realised that the aircon remote batteries were flat. Had to ask them to replace the batteries. The batteries were promptly changed but the room was very warm despite the aircon being set at 16Deg!!!! Requested for a standing fan in the middle of the night but was told they didn't have any! Instead, they sent their maintenance guy to check on the aircon. He spent about 15mins checking and told me that the aircon would be cool in 20mins time, unfortunately that didnt happen and I had to spend the remaining days in a warm room. Didn't request for a new room as it was too much of a hassle since we would leave early in the morning and return late at night. Too rushed to change room before going out, and too tired to deal the switch upon return. That's not the ONLY inconvenience. It seems like one regular item or other is always missing every night. First night, upon checking in late that night, realised that the room was missing one towel. Had to call to request for a towel that was supposed to have been there in the first place. Besides, the towels issued everyday were grayish and dirty. Shampoo and shower gel not refilled before guests' arrival. The amount was only good for one night. Had to leave a message on their WhatsApp to refill the shampoo and shower gel for the remaining days of stay. Second night, ONLY one toothbrush was provided? Am I supposed to share that? And guess what? Toilet soap dispenser in lobby toilet was without soap for entire period of stay! Oh yes, the breakfast lacks variety. We had almost identical items for then entire period of stay and food was not fresh nor hot! Hot coffee for breakfast? Think that's not in the vocab for this hotel. Overall a very unpleasant stay in a hotel which employs thieves as staff!

Location is good and within easy reach of amenities. The staff were helpful. The restaurant has a nice seating area with glass walls that allow diners to have a pool view.
