The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the decoration is quite new, but there is no peculiar smell; although it is not very big, it can be opened completely. When we went there, it was cooling down, but the air conditioner was very warm, so it felt very warm, but the noise was still a bit loud, so I turned it off before going to bed and added a layer of quilt. The bathroom is also very clean, the space is also large, the hot water is very hot, and the bath is very relieved! Parking is also free. The hotel is in the South Lake Tahoe area, you can walk to the lake across the street, and you can see the starry sky at night. In short, it exceeded expectations!

Our visit was FABULOUS! We each had our own rooms. 2 regular rooms with our own beds and kitchenets and we had 1 big room with full kitchen, balcony and sitting area. This is the room we would meet up in and make plans. The Bell staff is 5 star! Helpful, funny and thoughtful! They were there for us for anything we needed. Had an issue with a fridge and engineering had it fixed within 45 minutes! Close to everything, pretty quiet, Bartenders are amazing and Happy Hour was great! Close to beaches, easy access. Parking is a little challenging if after 5pm... Recommend 1. Make a reservation 2. If you go during busy season be patient 3. Tip your servers of all faucets 4. Look around your room, there are extra towels, blankets and more. Great Trip, Brilliant staffing! We will be back!

This hotel is the most cost-effective one since coming to the United States so many times! For skiing friends, this hotel is the best choice. The location is right next to the Heavenly Ski Resort, about 2 minutes' walk. The hotel has a parking service, free of charge, and of course free tip. The price of more than 200 RMB per night is super value, and there is no one and only one! The room is large, at least it can accommodate 4 people, the room is a big bed, the living room is a sofa bed, there is a spa bath between the room and the living room that can accommodate three or four people, the room is clean, the microwave and refrigerator are complete, the lobby front desk also helps me Print documents for free, friendly staff, and take the initiative to introduce how to rent skis. Can I give 10 stars!

While I rarely am one to write reviews, my family and I were so amazed by the service that I had to make an exception. From beginning to end everything was phenomenal. To start, the bell service was top notch. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful to ensure our trip got to a good start. Our car and bags were treated as if it were their own. The restaurants were great as well. We had a nice dinner and drinks at Landshark and then Joe Merchant’s was great to get a bite before we hit the slopes. Location was perfect as well! It was a quick walk to the gondola and also near the ******s. Overall this was perfect for our family’s first trip to Tahoe! We will definitely be sure to come here again!

First they put us in the wrong room, small queens when we booked king, the door to the refrigerator was broken and the bell said ” yea they are all like that”. They did move us to the correct room. Same door problem. All the entry doors to the rooms were beat up. chips out of the paint. They do not clean your room while you stay and only do it when you check out. This includes no fresh towels and they do not empty the trash cans which are very small. The A/C system did not work very well. When we moved rooms, we forgot to bring our pillow which we brought from home. When we told this to the front desk it seemed like no one really cared. We never did get our pillow back. for the price I would not book here again.

Made the reservation for adjoining lakeview rooms, upon arrival we were told they didn't have adjoining lakeview rooms, only partial view rooms. At first, they weren't going to reduce the rate but finally agreed to. We needed a bell hop as we had 2 disabled in our party of 4, the bellhop was a security guard who did not know what he was doing, my husband tried to help and was told by the ”bellhop” to let him do it. Several items fell off the cart on the way to the room. The TV channels that were listed - didn't have. Ice machine was broken on our floor the whole 5 days we were there so had to go to the 10th floor for ice. Asked for Decaf coffee - 2 hours later they finally brought it, after 2 more calls. We asked for a couple extra towels and some clean washcloths - got several towels - no washcloths. No restroom on the ****** floor, Disabled people with walkers or wheelchairs have to go way out of the way to get around to go down or up ramps. The indoor pool was nice but the temperature when you got out of the pool was far colder that the outdoor temperature, so it was not very comfortable for swimming. The machines weren't paying at all, none of us won anything. The bed was AWFUL. I don't even know how they can call the pillows pillows. I don't even know how to describe them other than as bad as the mattress, The worst part was this was a trip for my 89 year old mother who will most likely not get back to Lake Tahoe again, her favorite place. It was also a gift to my sister for her retirement. One nice thing was the bathroom and shower were huge. I know that if we should go back again, we will not be staying here. And I would recommend you spend a little more to stay at one of the other hotel/******s if that is where you plan to stay.

We came for a ski holiday. It's convenient located at the heavenly resort area, which also means that you need to pay an extra US$25/night for resort fee.
But the hotel doesn't have Bell service or room service at all that i think it's because of Covid. Also it took away our coffee machine in the room which is super inconsiderate. They call it high touch area🤔.
Also the sink was leaking in our bathroom and it drained very slowly which makes it dirtier

GGuest UserThe room was very cute and appropriate for an older mountain lake hotel. It was clean and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The view was beautiful which made up for any room shortcomings and despite it being pretty warm, there was a nice breeze most of the time we were there. Since there's no air conditioning, the floor fan helped in the evenings when the wind died down. The location was great since there were several restaurants within walking distance. The only real complaints are that the pads on the metal chairs on the balcony were all worn down, making it feel like you were sitting on the seat bars. We reversed the pad so that we were sitting on the back section of the pad which helped but the pads should be replaced. Although the mattress was ok, it wasn't that comfortable. An upgrade on the mattress would be helpful.
GGuest UserBooked the stay at the Station House Inn for the Christmas week. The room was very nicely decorated and cozy. We didn’t have any issue with the room but with the staff. We had to extend our stay by extra two nights because we were snowed in. On December 28th we were checking out. The office opens at 8:00 AM but no one was at the front desk. We didn’t think much of it as it snowed a lot the previous night, we thought the staff were running late. While looking through locked door, a staff member unlocked the door and asked what we needed. Told him that we were checking out and he told us to just give him the keys and he would give the keys to the other staff. Everything was fine until January 8th when I checked my credit card. Initially when checking in, they told us that there will be $100 hold on the credit card, which will be released. Normal practice and did not think much of it at the time. To my surprise on January 8th the charge was still on the card. I thought it was an error so I called the Station House Inn and spoke to Edith on the phone. I have never been treated so rudely over the phone in my life. She told us that when the house keeping checked the room that day, the comforter for the king bed was missing. This was outrageous and we were positive that we did not take anything. She goes on and on that people people take things from the room all time. I told her if I can dispute this, as I was positive I did not take anything from the room. She said that the she confirmed with house keeping and she was certain that we had taken the comforter. I was upset and hung up and had my girlfriend call. After my girlfriend speaking with Edith, had the fees reversed. Its no even about the $100 but the way she assumed that we stole something in the room. If they were to have either taken the picture of the room on the day off or called to let us know, it would have made the situation a lot better. I know that they only have my words to go by, but also I only have their words to go by as well. How are they so certain that they did not make the mistake with the room numbers? The rooms were nice but not sure if I would ever stay here again! Take a picture of the room before you checkout!
GGuest UserGreat service, there is hot chocolate packs, tea and coffee at reception. Room is clean.
However, room is slightly small and it is difficult to find space to open luggage on the floor. Bathroom is cold, maybe cold air was coming through the ventilator. Air condition/heater is efficient, but air flow is too strong even at low fan setting.
花花卜It is a motel that has been refurbished, and the decoration is very trendy. The room is very warm, with heating and cooling air-conditioning and gas-fired heating embedded in the wall. There is still sound when the heating starts, but it is much quieter than the heating under the window. The location is not bad, in the downtown area of South Lake Tahoe, you can walk to the entrance of the heavenly cable car if you go skiing. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was medium to soft but comfortable. The disadvantage is that there is a lot of noise after going to bed at night, heavy footsteps in the corridor, knocking on doors in other rooms, etc. There is no microwave in the room, and there is a charge for using the microwave in the restaurant. The motel is very good, but if the budget is sufficient, try to live in a better place.
GGuest UserThis resort was the fresh breath of air my family member and I needed on our long trip from the East Coast. After a not-so-good hotel stays at another hotel the night before Forest Suites offered quite a few pleasant surprises. The first was when we checked in they had upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite without any additional cost to us. The Room was just amazing my family member and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom there was also a living room and a kitchen with a refrigerator. Outside there was a pool and a Hot Tub and an outdoor fire pit. The Resort was just a few minute walk to the Heavenly Village a great little touristy stop with shops and lots of restaurants there is something for everyone to enjoy. My family member and I stayed there for two nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. What really topped off the experience for me was finding a welcome gift of slippers waiting for me in my bedroom from the Forest Suites Resorts.
GGuest UserA great location at a reasonable price. Our room, a queen bed on the ground floor, was comfortable. The bed was soft, the towels were fluffy, there was excellent lighting in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Both shower and toilet had good water pressure. The air conditioner was efficient and quiet. Hot breakfasts weren't available yet per COVID. The hotel has laundry facilities as well as an ice machine and soda machine. There is free parking but when the hotel is crowded, space is limited. It's a short walk to the beach and a nominal fee of $5 and a short walk to the ******s if that's your thing.
SStevenPerfect location location location if you’re going there for a luxury resort, keep looking if you’re going there for to have fun outside the room this is a place to be it’s a little dated a little worn out. It’s a little facelift but you get your moneys worth front desk very accommodating. Have a great time.
GGuest UserDo not book her!!! I repeat, do not book here!!! Don’t give them your money you’ll regret it!! Most disgusting place we’ve ever stayed!! Filthy crusty carpets, old scummy restroom, broken down dingy “kitchenette”. Kitchenette? What a joke!🙄 Stove didn’t even work which we paid extra for. Paper thin walls and you hear everything!!! Heard the guys conversation next to us all night with his annoying laugh and noisy children. He also smoked right outside our room. How is this allowed?!?! Bad part of town where all the drunk crazy people hang out. Read all the other negative reviews complaining about the same things and be warned!!! Hotel hospitality phone number is a complete scam!! There’s no customer service, no manager/supervisor to speak to or respond it’s complete bs!! Don’t bother with your fake apology and how customer satisfaction is your highest priority!! More bs!! Customer satisfaction is your priority? Really? Then why haven’t you responded to my emails and phone calls or anyone else’s? Cause you truly don’t give a $#!+ about customer satisfaction!! You just write fake apologies to make people think you care. You’re completely aware that your hotel/motel is a complete $#!+ hole. I read many other negative reviews (unfortunately after my stay) from years ago and you’re still giving the same lame @$$ apologies. I’ll continue to tell everyone how horribly run your establishment is and warn others to never book here. For 160 a night on a weekend you can book so many other nice places!! Don’t let them ruin your trip if you stay here they undoubtedly will!
