Let me start off with that this hotel is very clean. I was very impressed with maintenance of this property.. the room was also clean and maintained well. I can’t give it 5 stars for two reasons. We had a very late flight into the area and did not arrive until almost 2:30 in the morning. We arrived and no one was at the front desk. We rang the bell that was on the front desk several times with no success. After waiting over 10 minutes, we found that the front desk clerk was out in her car either sleeping or doing something else. When we parked in the parking lot, I seen her car running and her sitting in it so she had to of seen when we parked. We stayed at this property for 4 nights. Rarely when we walked past the front desk was there anyone there.
The second reason is that the rooms are not “touched” during your stay. We had to ask for clean towels every day of our stay and there is no house keeping on Saturday or Sunday or at least what we seen. Hopefully they figure out there front desk issues. Also I was not impressed with the breakfast in the morning. They offered packets of oatmeal and several different kinds of bread to make toast. They do offer pots of coffee around the clock along with oranges and bananas.
Hopefully they figure out these small issues and then I would be able to recommend them.

Joann at the front desk was super thoughtful at check in. Many hours after checkout we realized my husband left an AirPod there. We called and they had found it and mailed it to us (I think it was Darlene I talked to?). So kind. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel with a brand-new smell and feel! We drive halfway across the country from Texas and by far this was the best hotel. Everything was new and fresh and the staff was top notch!

Bed is too high and the tile floor is ice cold. Other than that, it was great.
