We had a Two night stay. After being out for the day we returned to find the beds were not made! That's housekeeping 101. Very disappointing. No where to hang a towel by the sink. The floor had a gritty feeling. The staff was not accommodating. Upsetting

Bed was clean and comfortable, room smelled great. No carpet to get musty! Hot breakfast, small but I wasn’t expecting it so we were pleased. Price was right and would stay again.

The location was convenient to all roads and the air port. The room was ok. There were no lights in the parking lot at night. The breakfast was poorly maintained due to lack of staff. The front desk was very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I would not stay there again primarily due to safet y hazards in the parking lot and the poor breakfast.

We chose this location because it is close to the airport. The sleeping room was clean and the beds were comfortable.The sleeping room appeared to have been recently remodeled but the hallways were kind of rundown and needed work. The numbering system for the rooms is odd and we had difficulty finding our room at first. For example, there would be a room 1340 right next to a room 120. Strange. We had an early flight so we had to leave at 4:15 am and found the parking lot to be very dark at that hour -- there were iight fixtures out there which apparently did not work because no lights were on. But we were able to park close to our room and made it to the airport in a few minutes. There is no restaurant on site and no room service. We were able to get food delivery for dinner. The front desk staff should be a little more friendly.

We stopped at this Days Inn so we were close to the airport for our morning flight. We liked the location gor that reason. Also there was an elevator, even though it was only 2 floors. That was really nice.

The hotel was very over priced (~300) for a two star experience. The ac unit did not stay on, the sheets were cheap and thin, the towels were bad, the grout in the bathroom would have been improved with some bleach. Overall, not much care was given despite the cost of the room. Would not be staying there again.

So humid in the room. Not one place or hook to hang towels or bathing suit. First night at 5 pm the room was not made. We had to go outside while they were making the room. Second night, the room was not made at all. So no towels,sand everywhere. Very disappointed. Will not ever go back. We were going at old orchard beach.

upon check-in. I had made a reservation using my Discover credit card, which was also used to secure the reservation. However, I was shocked when I received a call from hotel, 90 minutes after the scheduled check-in time, informing me that they could not accept Discover credit cards. That i had had to find another form of payment before arriving. Furthermore, I experienced a deeply unsettling incident on the morning of my departure. After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, I returned to my room only to find the door propped open with a towel. To my surprise, the housekeeping staff had started, cleaning the room and had placed all the towels on the floor. This occurred despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign prominently displayed on the door. The intrusion into my personal space and the disregard for my privacy at such an early hour (9 am, two hours before the designated check-out time) was completely unacceptable. These incidents not only affected my overall experience but also left me feeling violated and disrespected as a guest. I believe that these issues are a clear indication of a lack of professionalism and attention to detail by this property and their staff
