The information of this hotel is wrong. There is no shuttle bus to the airport. The hotel conditions are average. They asked for a pair of slippers but they didn't bring them until I checked out. American breakfast is pretty good. Parking at night is extra. Ctrip's tracking service is quite good and any problems are solved in time. It is more reassuring to choose Ctrip for travel.

Hampton Inn is my favorite place to stay when I come to visit in San Francisco. Parking is pricey but breakfast makes up for it. The guest services are a plus and location is pleasant and quiet. I enjoy my stay each time I visit..
