The restaurant bar is great

Although our stay was short (overnight layover), it was amazing. Shuttle pickup was provided to and from the airport helping us avoid expensive Uber rides and a clear schedule was displayed at the front desk. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and provided us with 2 warm chocolate cookies upon entry which was lovely and so appreciated since we were hungry after long flights. The room was clean and spacious, and there was a 24/hr accessible drink and snack store downstairs. Additionally there was a lovely restaurant and bar in the hotel. We arrived too late to be able to enjoy the menu but we were able to enjoy some refreshing drinks before ending the night. The hotel is only 6 min away from the airport which is an additional plus. I would definitely book here again.

This place was ok-best perk was it was right next to where we needed to park at the airport, and the warm cookie they give you at check in!

It was my first time in San Francisco. I chose this place because I had to catch an early flight and was concerned about safety. The room was relatively small and it was a bit difficult to spread out two suitcases.

After getting off the plane, I randomly booked a hotel close to the airport to help me adjust to the jet lag. The cleanliness was okay, the bed was quite big, the front desk service was also okay, and parking was free, but it was quite noisy.

It's not bad, the room rate is quite big, it's relatively new, near the shopping mall and the airport, the facilities are average, especially the faucet for the shower is fixed and difficult to use, the facilities are relatively simple

The surrounding environment is average, but it is OK as an airport transfer. The dinner and breakfast are good, and the breakfast is great to order!

Overall, I am quite satisfied. I stayed here for one night during transit. Except for breakfast, which needs to be ordered a la carte, everything else is fine. I will choose this hotel again next time. It is very good. I hope that breakfast can be changed to buffet.

Not bad, but it might be a bit noisy if you live in a room near the road. I like Hilton. I should come back next time I am on a business trip here.

Very standard airport hotel service. There is a shuttle bus to the airport, and it is also very convenient to take the bus. The air conditioning in the room is a bit poor. The slippers provided in the room are of unexpectedly good quality

The room is generally large and clean. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety. You can also order dishes. The hotel shuttle bus is relatively rare. I waited at the airport for nearly an hour and was shivering.

I booked a total of 6 nights. The flight on the last day is at 11 pm. I have to check out at 12 noon. You can directly renew for 1 night without changing rooms. The room rate will be higher, but it is very convenient. The guy at the front desk patiently handled it. , collect deposit and room fee, check-out room card can be placed directly in the room, and the deposit will be automatically refunded after check-out.
