Treebo Southwest Inn, Dwarka

Overall room was good and clean but i don’t like the smell of bathroom and bed was not that much comfortable.

The stay is good. Staff is little stubborn. Cleanliness is good.

I recently stayed at hotel southwest inn in dwarka sector 13 and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, with convenient access to the metro station and nearby amenities, making it easy to navigate around delhi. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The breakfast options were limited, and the quality could be enhanced to match the standards of the hotel. Also, the wi-fi connection was unstable at times, which was a bit inconvenient for work. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for money with its reasonable rates and helpful service. Overall, i would recommend hotel southwest inn for a short stay in delhi, especially for those looking for convenience and affordability.

Room was small n not clean. Toilet was poor

The mattress was very very bad in that room. I asked them to change it then they replied we can't do this.

I stayed there for two days. Nice experience. But non friendly staff, room service is slow. A loo parantha was not tasty

First we informed in front of person we can lives in this hotel four days tomorrow we will booked next day when we informed to front manger first he increased tariffs then he told shift in other hotel. Second he given small room get same tariffs ? he didn’t inform about breakfast morning complementary. Light switch not properly according apple mobile neither laptop. Bath room floor not clean hangers not provide after request. Property is good location is good staff is good but information and welcome costumer’s not good on reception front manager. My experience not complain it is my suggestion. First day given next two days they given small room

Room condition was totally different than what was showing. Poor ventilation caused smell in room which was very terrible. Neither breakfast was upto the mark

Breakfast arrangements including food and ambience was very poor. There were no fan or ac. Limited options. Ac stopped working on 13-14 aug night and they were not able to fix it. Towel was also not made available
