Pictures online were nothing like the actual hotel. Not a good location

Place was clean. Hopefully they can have toilets and wash room for every floor. But staff are helpful and accommodating. Location is easy to locate just that it’s a busy one and can’t really help to be noisy

Really bad and frustrating experience. Stinking smell in the room. Hairs in bedsheets, rude reception.

Location was a bit far from places. Very small place. Pictures are not the same as when you arrive. Very loud - you can hear traffic all night.

Nice location and value of money and very easy access to go airport bus 🚌 and metro 🚇

The staff is very nice and helpful, printing my documents for flight freely.

My impression was that it was the sort of place you'd expect to find in a film in which the charracter stays in a rundown flophouse to write a novel. But when your reality is to try and sleep before taking a plane the next morning, it is a lot less funny. The place itself is in an untouristy area of London well away from the airport. There is a hidden door on a street corner as a main entrance, the type which underground nightclubs use. Then a very steep staircase at 45 degrees of at least 15 steps. Inside the room you quickly realize it's the kind of flophouse that doesn't sleep. People's TVs playing all night, noise from the street including but not limited to police sirens, tweekers arguing outside. (the Inn is on a very busy main road) There was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of my door which evidently let in all the noises of the corridor and also the smells. The whole building had an undefinable smell of cooking. It was in the bedsheets, the curtains, in my clothes the next morning.... I was awoken at 5 AM by an awful smell of spicy cooking as if I had been sleeping in a kitchen. Hungover from lack of sleep, I got out of there. As a youngster, I have stayed in alsorts of places from squats to vans to campsites. I am not a snob by any means but this place is beyond all I've ever seen. Not good at all and no thanks to Trip.com for listing it.
