Clean and comfortable. Especially, receptionists are kind and helpful. My cruise luggage tags can be printed efficiently! Love and highly recommended this hotel.

Great location in the centre of Southampton. Comfy beds and good breakfast.

Parking area was tiny.

The price is cheap, the stay is comfortable, and the service attitude is very good. It is strongly recommended to stay. It is also very close to the city center, shopping is also very convenient, and it can also support takeaway delivery.

Dinner was good, service was good as well, very polite and well mannered service. They treated us well Bal and Anita were respectful and kind, they serviced us well, and checked on us as well to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you.

Easy to find, good parking, centrally located, close to docks. Friendly staff, bar available, breakfast good. Only annoying thing is that this review is insisting on 200 characters which is really really annoying and as I am not there yet .

Poor customer service, very noisy outside, toilets out of order in lobby. Stayed at a few of these hotels this one not as good as the other in Southampton or the ones I have previously been in.

Very comfortable rooms, marred only by an unpleasant smell in the corridor. The food was excellent ~ a really filling breakfast both days, and the evening meals were really good too. Reception staff were particularly helpful and very pleasant in manner. A special mention to Bal-Krishna ~ a really good cook.

The guys on reception were amazing Kalinga and Bal they were so helpful and kind seem to do everything thank you 😊 food was good. Hotel clean 👌 very good location in the centre with car park small charge which is acceptable these days. Definitely come back if we need a place to stay before a cruise

Meeting with friends who were staying there for a meal. Only visited the restaurant. The food was absolutely awful. For example cold corn on the cob, shoe leather chicken etc. Meal for 5 came out in two batches 2 plates then another 3 fifteen minutes later. No explanation offered. Ordering was chaotic too. The staff were desperate for us to provide reviews but apparently oblivious to what would the verdict would be. Sorry but it was awful all round.

Rooms very clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast cover all bases from cooked breakfast cereals, yogurts, etc. Freshly cooked and it was replenished quickly. Staff were attentive to our needs and polite. A couple of new start staff were learning the rope but gave their best. Bal Krishna, Kalinga and Amira all experienced and very helpful. All catering staff friendly. Location is handy to local sites and shops. Uni-link bus from airport only cost £2 each and passes the front door. Less busy at weekends. Sunday stay over for Monday cruise collection is a good idea. Train link from airport is faster but it is a 15 minute walk....not good with big cases. Got early and late check-in which is important if you are travelling on for cruise collection. Use Radio taxi company too. A very nice stay!

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. I would stay here again if I was in this city. Here are the other 17 words I need to post this.

Stayed in this hotel over the summer holidays with some friends after finishing up my GCSEs. The lovely facilities were a great distraction and eased the stress I was having about my upcoming results. Good customer service at the desk .The man with the chef hat was so friendly and checked us in sorry forgot his name The food was incredible and the costumer service was even better! Will definitely stay again and reminisce this day in the future.
