Their service is good, and there is parking space, the location is close to the city center, just a 20-minute walk to the city center.

Just a room for a night. Nothing much to comment.

Charming little B&B in nice house. Continental breakfast only, no great variety but good. Rooms were nice and clean. It's in a residential area, 15-20 minutes walk to shops, restaurants etc.

Bed very uncomfortable, but staff very helpful

The room is smaller, the hygiene is good, and the hotel owner has a very good attitude

家庭旅館，房間很小但設施齊全，挺乾淨的。沒有電梯，行李重的上下樓梯不方便。下午三點到了想辦入住但沒有人服務。衹能出去逛到晚上6點再來辦入住，終於有人了。晚上想洗澡但發現沒有水，因無人服務衹能忍着不洗澡。第二天早上起來了詢問了別的客人才知道浴室外面有一個紅色的按鈕，按了才會有洗澡水。

The guest house was selected as it was pretty close to the cruise port, Mayflower Theater and city center. Good Uber Access. It was a very clean place and we were able to stay on the ground floor. Room had a private bath. Limited hot water, and no toiletries provided. No top sheet on the bed which we found unusual. Just a comforter. However for the price it was just right! The owners were very nice!

No one to welcome us so self service to get key and find room. Room old and wallpaper dirty looking. Shower took a while to warm up. Thought our breakfast was included but wasn’t so didn’t have any. Then when leaving we just left the keys. I didn’t see the owners during our stay

The B&B is very clean and quiet, bed very comfortable. Within walking distance to food and pub also station if you are fit. Allowed me to wait after checkout in the lounge until cruise time. Helpful with luggage. My only wish would have been a little more contact with owners. Felt a bit isolated.

Booked this guest house has had to be in southampton for my sisters funeral arrived at about 2.45pm and checked in went to room everything was lovely and clean bed very comfortable and pillows were excellent, the whole experience was wonderful as being in this trade im quite fussy but not here all was very good the hosts were very friendly aswell will stay again if in southampton

This was a last minute booking as we just wanted to nip over the border to Scotland for dinner. But we really enjoyed eating in the restaurant, the food was excellent and the service was prompt and very friendly in a relaxing and welcoming environment.

This B & B was very nice and very clean. From the outside it doesn't look all that exciting, but once we got inside I could not have asked for better accommodations. They had all we needed to accommodate the 3 of us. The shower was cleaner than any hotel or B & B at which we have ever stay.

My wife booked this via *********** for an overnight stay before we left for our cruise. On arrival we were greeted by a foreign lady who didn’t speak much English. We explained who we were and she went and got us a key but then said we had to pay an extra £20 for our young son. We asked why and she could not explain so asked us to call the owner as it was her instructions. We spoke with the lady who owned the place who was quite arrogant and again her English was not that good. She advised that she was boarding a flight in 15mins and we needed to pay £40 cash or leave. We explained it was only £20 so why was it now £40 she said as there was x3 people we had only booked for one person. We explained that we had accidentally booked the family room for one person but this was corrected and we had a confirmation email from ***********. She said they never updated her so we would have to contact them or pay up. We said we would call them as I was on the phone to *********** the lady who gave us the key came to the room and told us she was instructed to take the key back. Literally a few minutes after getting off the phone to the owner. We were then told to speak with the owner again who re-iterated we paid or left. We asked about the £100 we paid via *********** and she refused to refund this saying we had to contact them. We advised we would call the police as this appeared to be a scam. But she just said leave or pay. I then got onto *********** who confirmed the booking was made initially for three people but then amended and they would call the owner but she refused to answer. In the end we had a young child and we’re unlikely to find something else so we paid and stayed the night. The room was basic and clean and the beds were comfortable but there was loud music and a dog barking all night. On looking out the window there was gangs of people hanging around making us nervous as we had all our cases in the car parked outside. I would not recommend this place and it was such a downer to the start of our holiday. I have contacted Booking .com and have also noted similar practices with the owner doing this to other people. Book at your own peril!

After an 7hr drive from Glasgow and booking with *********** a family room for me my husband and my son I was under the impression the balance had been paid. On arrival we were met with the housekeeper who spoke very little English and presented me with a piece of paper asking for a further £20. I advised I had paid in full to which she gave me a mobile telephone number for the owner who was taking a trip. The housekeeper gave us the key and told us our room number. Once in the room I telephoned the owner and explained my situation who proceeded to tell me I now owed £40 and that she was about to board a flight. I advised I would contact *********** as an error must have been made to which she agreed for me to do. Literally 5 minutes later the housekeeper came to the room to ask for the key to be returned. My husband was on hold to *********** and I phoned the owner who said if I don't pay the £40.there and then I was to leave the room. I had no choice other than to pay the £40 as my son was tiered and we were due to board a cruise the following day. Room itself was dated but fine however the attitude of the owner was disgraceful and for this reason only I will never return when sailing again from Southampton. The error was with *********** however I was not given the time to sort this out it was a case of pay up or get out!
