1) Lackluster response to our inquiries, not even a reply. 2) The instructions for the door key retrieval procedure are unclear and complicated. 3) The website states that parking spaces are available, but this is inconsistent with the facts. You have to find a parking space by yourself, and it is very difficult to find a parking space every night. I even got ticketed for some reason, and it is currently being processed. 4) The sanitary conditions outside the housing estate are poor and the floor is full of garbage. 5) The hot water boiler in the store is very dirty and cannot be used. 6) The height of the dining stool is not commensurate with the dining table. The height of the dining stool is ridiculously high, which makes eating uncomfortable and difficult.
