Holiday Inn Southaven Central - Memphis

Courteous staff, clean room, comfy beds and only 10 minutes to Graceland... can't ask for anything more! Bonus: heated indoor pool and hot breakfast!

This hotel is a good price, good location and it is hands down one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were friendly and room was so comfy and smelt fresh which is unusual. My husband and I only stayed one night and we both said we wish we could’ve stayed more!!

Stayed here for my daughter’s vball tourney. Cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at all year, maybe ever. No musty smell in the room. Clean beds. Clean carpet. Clean bathroom and shower. Great service on a very busy weekend with multiple kids sports tournaments in town. Worth the price. Will absolutely stay here again.

The facility as a whole is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff at both check-in and check-out were welcoming, courteous, helpful, and professional. The on-site restaurant was wonderful for a road-weary traveler - the associate in charge at dinner was so friendly, attentive, and kind, and the food was great. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and sparkling clean. The lighting is good, the work space was ample with plenty of plugs for devices and chargers, and the easy chair and ottoman were very comfy for relaxing after finishing up desk-work. It was an excellent stay and I'll definitely be recommending this location to anyone I know staying in the area, and returning myself if I need an overnight in the area again.

Their is an awful lot to like about this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in great shape (as is the rest of the hotel). I had a good dinner (fish tacos) and the service in the restaurant was good. The location is in a nice area and close to shopping and restaurants. This was a one night stay before catching an early flight from Memphis. My only complaint is that their is WAY too much light coming into the room at night and the room never got really dark. At least. for me, that made it too hard to sleep. Other than that this place is great.

I and my wife arrived in Mississippi on the 24th of September for a temporary move to Southhaven. We were looking up room rates online and found a decent rate through Priceline. We ended up staying two nights. My only two issues were the fact that for a "heated pool", the pool was rather chilly, and at night, the lights were not on. The second issue I feel like, is for the price of the hotel, even at RACK rates, you would figure that breakfast was included, but I was told that it wasn't because it was a "full service" hotel. The rooms were EXTREMELY comfortable, and the bed was extremely soft. We had to ask for extra pillows, but it was amazing. I loved the black out curtain that came down with the button. Once you put down the black out curtain, the room was very dark, and we slept amazing. All the staff were AMAZING, and one of the staff actually knew my Pastor, which was amazing. Keep up the great work, and thank you for your amazing hospitality.

The desk employees were professional and polite. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Area was safe and plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. Close enough to Memphis to go see the sites. We will definitely be back.

I stay in a gazillion hotels for business travel, and I know how bad things can get. HOWEVER: This place made everything easy. It is clean, new, well-managed, employees are very keen to make your stay perfect. In-house restaurant. Food is fine; prices too. Great parking. Great location. No complaints. Go here.
