This Hampton Inn DOES NOT represent the Hampton Inn Brand whatsoever!! And I have stayed in Many Hampton Inn's! Does this particular Hampton get a pass because it's located in a part of Memphis that has seen a lot of wear and tear? Absolutely Not!! Filthy elevators, and once in our room needing to use the restroom and seeing URINE on the seat of the toilet was a HUGE Deal Breaker in my book!! Granted, it was a small dot *which I took care of myself with a wash cloth and hand sanitizer but there is absolutely No Excuse for this! The bathroom floor had layers of dust and white specs of paper mopped into the corners. My husband tried to take a shower, but the shower door (which is on steel rollers) kept sliding open! Really?? I went downstairs to purchase a regular size candy bar from their snack bar area and saw the price of $2.75 for it. Needless to say, I took a pass on that. Obviously some ”price gouging” going on here. They are listing this hotel at $155.00/night. This hotel does NOT warrant that kind of pricing. If any good can come from this review, it would be to have someone from their corporate offices to read this! If you read this and feel the need to stay here anyway, do so at your own risk! And stay away from Room #308.

Great location not far from the main highway at all. Just average nothing special bed is very comfortable. But highway noise can keep you awake at night

OK, Facilities: Not very old

Very nice, clean property. Large room, comfortable bed. Had a couch, ”coffee table” in the room, which is unusual. Good night of sleep. Breakfast was somewhat limited. If the hotel experienced full occupancy I would think that parking would be a problem. Management needs to, somehow, monitor/control smoking of illegal items. Price was a little more than we like to pay, but it was a little nicer than some of the less expensive properties.

This was the third stay at this hotel in a year where I had the same experience of having to unload a week's travel luggage for my wife and I from my car with no luggage carts available from the hotel. This hotel with over 170 rooms only has a total of 3 luggage carts and they are never available as the lucky few who snag one keeps it in their room so they will have one when they go to check out. The local workers are embarrassed about it and one of the front desk workers kindly volunteered to help my wife and I unload the car by hand and carry each piece to the elevator and room. I don't see this issue as just a local problem, it is a HILTON problem that they won't address, and it is ruining their reputation. I just cancelled out all of my current reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn and it will be many moons before I ever book at one again. I wanted to upload a picture of one of their luggage carts but I never saw one the whole time I was there.

So Happy to be at Peabody Hotel again! Never disappoints! Excellent architecture! There for a convention with our Real Estate company Coldwell Banker Collins Maury and a wonderful tour of St.Jude Children's hospital. Memphis has it all!

THE most hospitable hotel stay I've had in many years !! The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. For the first time, in a long time, I felt like a welcome guest. This is a boutique hotel only five blocks from Beale St. It's relatively small and kind of quaint. The room was clean and neat. Mattresses were very comfortable. Towels were big and fluffy, and we even had very nice robes in the closet. The room was big enough without being too big or too small. It even had an wonderful shower. The hotel is just completing a major renovation, although I saw none of it. Our only impact from the renovation was that we missed the restaurant reopening by two days. This was not a problem, there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. I will make a point of returning to the Napoleon Hotel next time I'm in Memphis.

The hotel room is ok, but we live in a suite with an outdoor deck that can go out and enjoy the exterior. The terrace is large and connected to the next room. There is no problem with security. All the platforms need to be swiped before they can enter. There are leisure sofas on the platform, but there are more dust on the sofa and coffee table and the ground, as well as spider webs. The hotel is located in a large outdoor goods store. The interior decoration is very special. Some real animal specimens, birds, deer, etc. can be seen everywhere. There are also some introductions to the origin of the hotel, which is very story-like. I like to enjoy life in the American country. There is also a battlefield in the mall. There are guns and ammunition on the second floor. On the first floor, there are various mountain bikes, there are various fishing gears and swimwear, and a The harbor pier has a lot of local fish in it. There is also a city called Memphis in Egypt. The shape of this hotel is designed as a pyramid. From the second floor, it is designed as a hotel room along the inner circle of the pyramid.
