This Hampton Inn DOES NOT represent the Hampton Inn Brand whatsoever!! And I have stayed in Many Hampton Inn's! Does this particular Hampton get a pass because it's located in a part of Memphis that has seen a lot of wear and tear? Absolutely Not!! Filthy elevators, and once in our room needing to use the restroom and seeing URINE on the seat of the toilet was a HUGE Deal Breaker in my book!! Granted, it was a small dot *which I took care of myself with a wash cloth and hand sanitizer but there is absolutely No Excuse for this! The bathroom floor had layers of dust and white specs of paper mopped into the corners. My husband tried to take a shower, but the shower door (which is on steel rollers) kept sliding open! Really?? I went downstairs to purchase a regular size candy bar from their snack bar area and saw the price of $2.75 for it. Needless to say, I took a pass on that. Obviously some ”price gouging” going on here. They are listing this hotel at $155.00/night. This hotel does NOT warrant that kind of pricing. If any good can come from this review, it would be to have someone from their corporate offices to read this! If you read this and feel the need to stay here anyway, do so at your own risk! And stay away from Room #308.

Great location not far from the main highway at all. Just average nothing special bed is very comfortable. But highway noise can keep you awake at night

Next to the computer room on the 3rd floor, there is some noise, and there are footsteps upstairs. It is estimated that the weight is not light. Fortunately, the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, tired on business trips, and easy to sleep. Breakfast is going to be early, and the balance starts to be insufficient around 8:30. Guest House was beautiful. It felt as if I was walking into a movie scene. Very beautiful place. They have a movie theater with free Elvis movies each night, food was excellent and service was superb. Location is great and very secure. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The prices for Downtown Memphis hotels were really high and at around £150, this appeared one of the better 'budget' options. We were not disappointed and will not hesitate to stay here again. Free parking (probably the only downtown hotel to offer this) which was gated and secure. The hotel itself was very modern, with fantastic Memphis photos covering the lobby walls. The room itself was much larger than expected, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was typical budget options but was included in the price and more than adequate. The hotel is on Union and within a 5 to 10-minute walk is Beale St, Peabody, and other Downtown attractions. The only fault we found was the windows are not very sound-proofed and the bikes leaving Beale St on the Wednesday night were very loud at the lights outside the hotel - but that is a minor qualm as it is only on Wednesday this occurs - and the bikes were louder than average bikes.

The location is very good, the surrounding environment is good, quiet, the top floor observation deck is very good, you can look at the Mississippi River, you can see the bridge marked 'M'. The restaurant on the top floor is also good, you can go and taste it. There are no convenience stores and shopping malls around. It is more convenient to have a car or rent a car. This is the case in the general cities of the United States. It is very inconvenient to have no car. There are some snacks (popcorns and the like) in the hotel room that can be enjoyed free of charge. The hotel room is ok, but we live in a suite with an outdoor deck that can go out and enjoy the exterior. The terrace is large and connected to the next room. There is no problem with security. All the platforms need to be swiped before they can enter. There are leisure sofas on the platform, but there are more dust on the sofa and coffee table and the ground, as well as spider webs.
