Our family and I just had 4 fabulous nights at the Mantra Southbank Apartments. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had great amenities and was in a great location, close to the river, restaurants and much more! The staff were helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

The apartment was ok for 1 night was really disappointed that the only view we had was of a wall but a part from that the beds were comfy and the room was clean and the the customer service was amazing.

This is our go to for city breaks with the kids. Check in is always seamless, great to have the option of parking and breakfast. Love that we can have an apartment with everything we need. Rooms are not new but everything is well presented and clean. Indoor pool is great for kids to have a play after a day out.

Pros - Super friendlr staff . Easy check in. Location is very good south of the river. Cons - Apartment is a bit dated, limited kitchen utensils. No smart TV or option to stream. For a family friendly apart hotel, they aren’t really meeting the USP here. No TVs in a two bed apartment could connect to Netflix or other streaming. This has to be the biggest disappointment. After a day out, we were so looking forward to watching a family movie but had to huddle around a iPad. Limited options to cook due to limited kitchen facilities.
