Residence Inn Pinehurst Southern Pines

The hotel was over priced considering the entire experience. Staff was not what you would expect and the morning crew was rude and made me wait a long time before asking me what I needed and I was the only person there. The nice big bruise on the ladies arm was not pleasant. Rooms were depressing with outdated and dark decor and my toilet was making noise non-stop so I had to shut the water off. If you want to feel happy avoid this place. The town is nice though.

Booked a night here on our way home from Disney. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was courteous. We asked for extra blankets and they were delivered in time in a timely manner. Decent breakfast included.

Very good hotel

No restaurant within the hotel, no robes for the bathroom, my hotel door didn't really lock all the way so I had to push a table and chairs against the door at night, the only food available is if you order through uber or doordash and have to pick up in the lobby since dashers aren't allowed to bring directly to the room. I booked through ******* and one of the male staff members charged my credit card again for the already payed reservation when checking in, luckily I noticed it the next day, the remainder of the staff and management were quick to fix it once I brought it up, refunded amount still pending on my account $700. I will say the staff and management were very friendly and nice, very personable and helpful. The room was very spacious and was clean.

Not a good showing for Marriott. Dirty elevator and entry hallways. No hair dryer. No regular coffee in room, just decaf and the coffee maker was inoperative (leaked) when filled with water. Phone to front desk not working. A/C sounded like a freight train. Windows unlocked and difficult to close. God-awful LED lights of differing colors and intensities. Comfy mattress, but got very little sleep.

Great place to stay at.

It was clean and comfortable and everything you need for a long or short stay.
